Disc Replay Highland — Local services in North Township

So I have some good and bad about this place....first it's in a awesome area with a lot of stores....I have spent literally thousands of dollars in this place but the customer service could be better.....I came here a little while ago to sale a item and even asked someone here how much I would get for the item and I come back a few hours later with the item and couldn't get the money I was told I would get so wasn't upset about that but because of what I brought there was huge they couldn't keep it there to the morning and on top of that I been going there for years so that rubbed me the wrong way....but I let it go the next day shortly after I kept coming back of course because this is one of my favorite stores and one of the guys there Wyatt I believe his name is would not speak to me anymore when I come in and neither the other guy....and these guys are a little younger then me so I understand that they don't know the difference between personal and business and they have a job to do....so even if you agree or disagree with a customer that should never change WHO YOU ARE as an employee and treat the customer with care.....customers keep the stores open...and I wasn't gonna post anything about this....but I think it was childish for 1 of the staff guys to not speak to a regular anymore because of a minor misunderstanding.....hopefully as he grows up as a man he will learn that Personal is Personal and BUSINESS IS BUSINESS!!!! Either way I have love for the guys there and the young ladies there and hope that they are...

Very cool and good store, but the thing is that the store some times don't give enough good cash for the toys we wanted to sell some times.The store always have a very good selection of collectables toys and a very good selection of CDs and vinyls and video games and DVDs and some VHS movies.When I'm some times im going to sell some of my toys, I'll rather go to next generation gaming store in highland because the store owner gave a very good cash and give me a very good deal when I buy some of the toys. Now I have been selling my toys ,my DVDs and also I once sold my horror movies magazines and now they're been giving me some good cash and the seller's communication is very good and the seller's are very nice people and I just went to the store to sell my neca gargoyles figures, pvc statue of the main character from the movie head of the family and the seller's gave me $160 dollars cash and I really like going there .Kailee, thank you for your service ,you are the best and the staff members are the best too and your boss is very good with the customers too and you guys are very friendly. And also Mauricio is a very awesome employee and he's very cool dude and Lauren is a very nice person and very friendly. You guys are the best and so the next generation gaming store too.
