DO NOT GO HERE IN THE EVENING! Absolutely horrendous service! My husband and I normally stop here for lunch, while there's managers on duty, and we have not ran into an issue. However.... this was our first visit in the evening, (7pm) and what I experienced makes me never want to come back to this Qdoba location. It was obvious someone new was training, and was making my bowl. The amount of rice she put inside the bowl barely covered the bottom of the bowl. When I mentioned that I normally get more rice than that and asked for more, she stated it would be a $2 extra charge. What?!?!? That was the beginning of the downfall. Everything else that was added into my bowl was an improper portion as well. She hardly put any chicken. She didn't drain the juice from the black beans, which ended up making my bowl soupy. I asked for corn, I watched her scrape an empty container and give me the remnants of what whatever was left. Which wasn't much. She didn't bother grabbing a new full container of corn.
Whenever I go to Qdoba my bowl is filled to the top with food. When I put the lid on, the lid touches the food. When the lid was put on this evening, there was no food touching the lid at all. I mentioned that my bowl was pretty light to the cashier and she ended up adding more rice on top.
After all of that trouble, when I went to eat, the flavor was horrible. Rice was bland, chicken was bland, guac was bland, I had a lack of corn, and the temperature of the food wasn't hot.
Beware going into this establishment when there isn't a manager on duty. Total waste of money, and ended up needing to find somewhere...
Read moreone star because i didn’t even get a chance to eat :) some very rude lady maybe with purple-ish or red-ish hair working around 11:30am on 04/08/23 denied service. she said because she is short staffed she is only taking two customers at a time and we can come back later. from a customers perspective, i would be a bit more understanding if she just explained she was short staffed so there would be a little bit of a wait for service. but you don’t deny someone service right at the door and say to leave. from a business perspective, that was a huge no-no. this location is surrounded by so many more establishments to eat at. right next door is chipotle, a competitor with qdoba. spent $40 there right after being denied service. will continue to spend $40 there because after being rudely denied, i won’t even try to come to qdoba again. again, i understand the stress of short staff issues but you don’t tell people to leave and come back. like she literally wasn’t allowing more than 2 people in the building. instead of explaining wait times, she expected people to wait outside until someone left or come back at a more convenient time? big losses are coming for this location if they don’t fix their staffing issues, or customer service issues. funny how chipotle also had only two employees working, yet didn’t stop me seconds after walking in and tell me...
Read moreMy experience huh? This location is disgusting, I ordered a chicken bowl and found a baby blue acrylic nail in my bowl. I THANK GOD it never touched my mouth or went inside!!! As I was eating I usually move my food around and watch what I’m putting into my mouth, I then noticed a light blue piece of “something “ sticking out the jalapeño I know for a fact nothing in my bowl suppose to be this color. I then picked it up and behold an acrylic nail. I’m so disgusted I’m glad I didnt eat most of the bowl by the time I caught the nail. I called the store and spoke to Tim the general manager, no apologies or anything. He then went on to say that his “staff isn’t allowed to wear fake nails” a lie because how did one appear in my bowl? He did offer me a free entree but no thank you!!! After what I just found in my food I’m cool, I would never go back! Please keep that nasty stuff. This experience has been terrible! To find someone eles nail in your food how would you feel? That nail could have been anywhere!!! It just shows how irresponsible, unsanitary, and careless the...
