*Tried to give them a 2nd chance and STILL TERRIBLE. She put so little cheese and sausage on the pizza that several slices didn’t have any meat on them.

Horrible. We are frequent patrons of this locations and have interacted favorably to all the staff except for Jessica and Jessica. My wife, 2 year old son and mom came into the store to order pizzas and salad. I asked the person making our order,”how she was doing?” Her response was that she was “too poor”. I responded to tell her that there were plenty of people in this world that was much “poorer” than her and that she should feel blessed. She proceeded to make a comment about my T-shirt, bcuz it said “Don’t judge me” She said she was going to judge me and that the only person that could tell her what to do was her mom. I took it as lighthearted, so I responded..”lol, that’s fine”. As she started making my pizza, she literally was barely putting any toppings on the pizza. When I asked for more cheese, bcuz you could literally see majority of the dough and the sauce, she would put a pinch more on there. I had to ask her 3-4 more times for more cheese. It got so bad that my wife and mother had to ask for the same thing when it came to the meat. She initially put 6-8 pieces of chucks on the pizza. We asked for more and she put exactly 2 more pieces on the pizza. This continued with the rest of my order and she made the comment that “too many toppings would make pizza too heavy.” Mind you my family and I come 1-2 a week and never have this issue and our pizzas have been made with much more than what was on the pizza. This proceeded to happen with my son’s, wife’s and mom’s order. When she was making my wife’s order, she told her, “She was asking for too much lettuce and that there wasn’t going to be no room for the toppings.” My wife had the same issues as myself, but at the end of her making the order, she had no problem closing the top and it was not even touching the top. My wife then told her that she should not keep telling the customers no and that we come all the time. My mom said that the worker went to the back cursing under her breathe. When I was at the register to pay and scan my phone to get & redeem rewards points, another person (Jessica) came out with an attitude, and said to me, “What did y’all order?” in an aggressive manner. I asked her, “What is up with the attitude?” She then proceeded to tell us that she was trying to rush us out the store bcuz her worker went to the back crying. Without even asking what happened or being neutral, she poorly assuming it was solely our issue. Then she said that her worker was fine until we came in. We responded saying, she was not fine bcuz if she was, she wouldn’t have told us as her first words that she was too poor. She went back and forth with us basically accusing us and my wife responded that if we were a different color, she would not have acted towards us like she was. This ended with us walking out and not even getting our order. It’s just unfortunate that this poor service is going to stop our multiple stops here for pizza that our son loves. I doubt management will even address this, but Jessica and Jessica need to be reprimanded for their...

If you’re looking for a casual spot in Highland with great pizza and even better service, I highly recommend MOD Pizza. I recently stopped in and tried the Caspian pizza, while my husband went for the Mad Dog. Both pizzas were delicious — the Caspian has that perfect balance of sweet and savory with the BBQ chicken, and the Mad Dog is a classic meat lover’s dream done just right. The crust was crisp and the toppings were fresh, which really made all the difference.

What really stood out to me, though, was the team working behind the counter. Every employee we interacted with was professional, energetic, and genuinely patient — I took my time trying to figure out exactly what I wanted, and they never made me feel rushed or like I was holding up the line. DJ offered suggestions and explained my options without any hint of frustration. That’s something you don’t get everywhere, and it made the whole experience so much better.

Another huge plus is that MOD Pizza stays open until 11 PM, which is perfect for a late dinner or a last-minute pizza craving. It’s nice to know I have a reliable, friendly place nearby when I don’t feel like cooking or just want to grab something quick but tasty.

Overall, I was really impressed with both the food and the staff at the Highland MOD Pizza. I’ll definitely be back — and next time I might even try building...

When in on Tuesday night about 8:50 pm it was a party of 8 didnt know they changed there hours to close at 9 that would have been fine if they told us that when me came in but they didnt til we got to there register and order drinks and pulled a couple pizza's out on plates then they said we have to get them to go so we say ask way and the manager said there closing. Alittle hot about that but ok so we get everything boxed up then go get the drinks... well have you every tried to use the fountain drink machine without the spickit on it goes every where i ask the employee to put the spickit back on and he said don't worry about it... it will just get in your hand a little well got on my hand and on my jacket.... we've been there at less 7 times and by far the worst.. time ever if a manager sees this is that the policy to kick customers out if they get there before closing just just asking... it was 11/27/2017 and as i looks at my receipt i see a public service tax of 15% on here...

If I could give more than 6 stars I would, I had such a great experience at this location! First time here so I was not sure what to get . I took a moment to review the menu and look at all the topping options then I got some great advice and assistance from the staff and in the end I created the best pizza ever! One price of $9.75 for like a medium size pizza with unlimited toppings WOW! Started with a gluten free crust , pesto sauce instead of a red tomato sauce, spinach, mushrooms, roasted broccoli and garlic, bell peppers, mild Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese. A dash of salt and pepper and oregano, topped off with garlic butter around the crust!!! Then to wash it all down I had the Caramelized fresh brewed Pear 🍐 tea.... ( which by the way is caffeine free with refills)
