We brought back an item in a brand new unopened condition. We had the receipt. We were rudely informed by 2 people, at the same time, that "Everyone was told when they purchased anything, that items could only be returned by the 6th". It is January 9th. We did not get that message while purchasing approx $500 worth of clothing. My husband bought this one item on a separate receipt. I felt attacked and disrespected. I left the store saying we had to agree to disagree.
I also had explained that I couldn't celebrate Christmas with my family until 3 days ago, as I had to go to the ER on Christmas Eve, and I tested positive for RSV. Therefore our holiday was cancelled until this past Saturday.
No exception was made. So disappointed.

I had trouble paying with my Spanish cards, and instead of helping, the attendant seemed irritated and unwilling to resolve the issue. After insisting several times, I finally managed to get one of my cards to work, but the feeling I was left with was that they didn't care at all about my situation.
