I asked for a rather difficult design that you wouldn’t be able to do if you don’t have experience and the nail tech kept telling me she would try her hardest to replicate it. I appreciate her honesty but sometimes it’s good to come clean. My real nail started to bleed because of how much she was putting pressure on the sides. They don’t carry brown for arylic nails. And honestly my nails weren’t that bad but she offered a greyish color and it did not look good with gold. They don’t carry gems. And she didn’t put a peach or nude color under the design because I can see my real nails. Definitely won’t come here again.

My mom also got nails and she got shellac and they don’t carry gold for some reason. My nails were 75, hers were 55 and she got a pedicure that was also 55. I also feel like it depends on what nail tech you’re with so. But yeah don’t take your chances. These are my first nails set ever and it’s horrible. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I wanted to warn others about my experience. I went in with relatively clean cuticles and wasn’t even going to get a full manicure but I wanted to treat myself. The gentleman I was with was older and clearly not experienced and he tore up my cuticles and left my nails jagged and uneven. I had to ask him to fix them and remind him I asked for rounded nails. He tried but was not able to get them smooth and even at all! Another gentleman had to come and fix them, but I did not notice the damage to my cuticles and the poor dip work until I was in the sun. I should have gone back to have it fixed but I was so frustrated that I am just going to go have it fixed at my normal salon. If you do go, stick with the ladies or one of the younger guys or you’ll end up spending $55 to have your cuticles torn up and a bumpy dip job.

It really depends on which tech you get. The women here are really nice and there’s a younger guy who is really nice. I do not like the older guys at all, they are rude and one is very rough on your cuticles. They got new chairs, which was much needed. Today I went to pay and their credit card machine was down, but no one told me that until I went to pay, there was no sign or anything. I wish I would’ve known that before he painted my nails, I would have paid before hand. I told him I didn’t have enough cash on me, and he looked at me all annoyed and told me I had to use their atm. So I have to pay a fee and pay them cash because they probably don’t want to process credit cards and be charged fees and have to claim.
