I was in desperate need because of a upcoming event to make purchase I could get same day while searching for the item I quickly realized there wasn't just limited availability of the item but very limited locations in Metro Detroit i could purchase the item. the Nearest to me was Vintage. I put the location into google maps off I went. As I approached the area I quickly realized I was in more an industrial & commercial area then retail. As i pulled in I quickly understood this was a warehouse & office thinking this is a internet retailer.
With the OPEN sign light I though well came all this way just aswell give it a try and am I glad I did.
The people there are awesome and they clearly don't get much walk in business however they know their product while intending in only buying one jersey I walked out with much more!
I found it refreshing to be served by people who truly knew everything and who came across as glad i stopped in and only care about me getting the service beyond what i deserved.
These were not temp help that knew nothing these were professionals who knew not just everything but were truly looking out for me. I ended up buy a very nice winter Tiger jacket and as I tried it on and decided on it they noticed a very minor blemish on the back and quickly informed me I had a hard time even seeing it & probably would have never noticed it. The thing is I said " no big deal" yet they would let me leave with it they got another one from their very advanced warehouse. They checked it over and off I went.
You just dont get this type of service anywhere else folks and turns out it all to be a great value as well as they search the system for every possible discount they could give me.

   Read moreWhen I'm in Detroit, I always bring a jersey, or two, with me to get some work done on them. They always have exactly what I want, they know exactly where the item is supposed to be placed on the jersey, and they can do it in house (in a matter of minutes) while you're shopping.
When I stopped in on Saturday, I was informed that the person that does that kind of work is not there on weekends, but will be in on Monday and that they open at 10am. I told them that it would be hard for me to stop in on Monday because I'd be leaving town (via train) on 11:20 Monday morning. They said that if I wanted to leave my jerseys, the person that does that work usually arrives by 9am and starts right away, and that they'd leave a not to get to those right away. They also said that even though they don't open until 10, I could show up around 9:30 and knock on the door and they'd let me in. So I paid for my Saturday purchases, as well as the future work on my jerseys, and left my jerseys with them.
When Monday morning rolled around, I was dropped off at 9:32am. I knocked on the door and was immediately let in. They had one of my two jerseys already done and were just finishing up the second. After about a two minute wait, they brought my other jersey out and I was on my way.
As usual, my jerseys turned out perfect. And also as usual, their customer service was second to none. Every time I've ever dealt with them, they've always bent over backward to make sure that my items are perfect and that I have a great experience. Their prices are great. The guy at the register was defensive with me. He didnât even offer to make things right for the inconvenience. I get that you messed up, but donât be mad at me. I drove all the way there and was told that I couldnât take my orders with me. Poor business practices from this place. Update: read the ownerâs reply to me. Does that sound like a way to treat a customer? And by the way, I was never offered 15% off. Just make things right instead of trying to argue or point at who was right or wrong.
