This Verizon store is the best that we have worked with. Hussein and Julian are great to work with and very helpful. They are polite, had great billing suggestions and were a pleasure to work with. I asked, and was promised, that my monthly bill of roughly $119 remain the same, even with the upgrade that I was entitled to. Not only did it NOT stay the same, my bill is now estimated at $164. We have discussed this with the employee in question and it seems ..."nothing can be done now." I don't foresee any resolution in my favor, but my complaint will be taken to corporate.
