I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful every time I come in. Whether I need to ship a package, make copies, or handle notary services, they make the process quick and easy.

What stands out most is how patient and knowledgeable the team is—they take time to explain shipping options, make sure everything is packed securely, and go out of their way to ensure I leave confident my package will arrive safely. Today I stopped by the store late after they have closed and the manager saw me at the door and offered to come back open the store to take my package, such a nice gesture.

The store is clean, organized, and well-run, which makes errands here stress-free. It’s so convenient having a place nearby where I know I’ll be treated with respect and efficiency.
