I had called the Norton shores Target, and spoke to an associate in the electronics department over the phone named Andre, I was looking on the Target app on my phone and it showed the TV I wanted was in stock, it is just over one hour from my house to the Target store and I did not want to drive all the way there and not have the TV in stock, so I spoke to Andre, in the electronics department, and he said he would put my name and phone number on the TV and hold it for me till tomorrow he also informed me that he started work on Friday at 1:30 p.m., I took a half a day off work and was at the Target store in Norton shores at 1:30 p.m. I spoke to him for quite some time and we went over all the different TVs and the wall mounts that would hold the TVs and I was having trouble deciding whether I wanted a 43-inch or a 50 inch Samsung TV that we're both still in stock, I ended up buying the 50 inch TV and was so impressed by Andres help and another man that worked in the electronics department which I do not know his name those two employees were extremely helpful and I received a 5% discount by using my red card and an additional 5% discount because it was my birthday, situations like this continue to bring me back to that Target store for purchases, you have an excellent staff that is extremely helpful and not just for purchasing high-end electronics but all through the store people are extremely friendly and so many times you hear the negative so hopefully you can give the electronics department, and many others a pat on the back, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and really appreciate the help especially Andre and the female cashier that rang me up. The next morning, I decided to change my pick-up from going inside to get my items to having them delivered to my car. It was simple to make the change on the app. Target gave very detailed instructions on how to go about it. When I arrived at the store, I sent them a response to their text regarding arriving and what spot I was parked in. Very quicky after that an employee brought out my items and placed them in my trunk. She did this with a smile and a friendly demeanor. I will be shopping at Target more frequently after this...

What made it safe for me to enter your store in cooler weather without one but now when itās 82 degrees itās not safe? Iām an asthmatic so I wonāt wear one regardless... You just lost our business not for requiring masks because we would have been more on board with it if you had enforced it the whole time. You lost our business because you are only enforcing it as things are starting to look better. Fear mongering helps no one.
