We usually do the online order and pickup in the restaurant. For the past few months we have been getting mini bowl quantities in our regular bowls we order. I also order extra seasoned ground beef, that is the only thing that comes with the correct portioned amount. I don’t understand the portion sizes that the employees are analyzing or if they are just not caring anymore as it has been inconsistent for months. When I notice the portion sizes I am at home and I am not one to complain. Unfortunately this has been adding up for too long for me not to give an input. I am a loyal costumer as my fiancé and I go there quite frequently and just have been unsatisfied to go there like we have been. It isn’t the same as it was; the food is not hot, no it’s not because I have to drive home to eat it. I picked up my food from a mobile order to be told there were no more black beans so they weren’t making anymore for the night, even though it was just turning 7PM. It’s frustrating when you pay 25.00 per meal to get three bites out of a “meal” the only thing that turns out good every time we get food from there is the chips and quacomole. I’m not trying to bash this place, it is great food when you get the right quantity you pay for, which you might as well buy a 2 mini bowls and go when they just put the food out during the day. Read moreNot super busy when we entered tonight (06/07). The line was acting like it was packed though. We were still 4 people back in line and we had the first guy (David) raising his voice to try to start our order. He did not interact well with customers, and did not seem to know how to do his job correctly. People behind me in line told him that they were unsure of what they wanted because they wanted to see everything, he scoffed and rolled his eyes. He then tried to move to salsa and asked me what I wanted and I told him I wanted to see everything, since I wasn’t even halfway through T1. Again, he rolled his eyes and got annoyed. Once I got up there I told what I wanted and he did a very mediocre job at it. I asked for citrus lime sauce and there wasn’t any and he pretended to squirt it on there, looked up to see if I saw, and then quickly put it away. I requested extra sour cream as well and he put less than the regular amount on, instead of getting a fuller container for more. Read moreHi, I have been going into the restaurant to place my orders mostly. Tonight was the second time I placed the order online cause I didn’t want to wait in a long line. As I got there, there was a long line and I had to ask to pass everyone. I stood by online ordering counter and waited patiently for it to be done. The cashier girl asked if I was waiting for an online order. I yup. Gave her my name. She said it just needed to be bagged up. The guy bagging up my order looked back at me like he was irritated. When he handed me the bag, I said thanks with a big smile and there was nooooo smile on his face. He looked ticked off at me. I didn’t do anything except be patient and thank him. I do not know his name but he had red hair. Makes me not want to go back. Wow!!!!!! The food tasted good but I hardly had any brown rice and I ordered extra chicken which I did not get! I was disappointed in the size of my online order last time too. It’s always way more in a bowl when I’m there in person. Some of the avacado wasn’t mashed up and was in a big half piece and brown on the outside. I paid 14$ and there could have been more in my bowl for what I paid.
