Walked in to this location the other day, I'm fine with not being greeted, you usually aren't at this location. Stood at the register for 5 minutes before someone even spoke to us. He asked us if we had an online order and I said no. He responded with "well were only doing online orders Inside or you have to go through the drive thru." No signs on the door stating this. Maybe you should just lock your lobby if you want to be a bunch of lazy peices of garbage. This location has been such a disappointment every time we've gone here. I'm not sure what difference it makes weather you go inside to order or go through the drive thru to order since it's literally the same thing. These places with a bunch of uncontrolled, unattended, young kids really need to have a superior adult watching them since they don't have a clue what they are doing! The simple fact that this kid made us wait 5 minutes before telling us we couldn't eat there is ridiculous. It should have been said to us as soon as we walked in the door. Definitely will not be going back to this location with all the bad...
Read moreI'm floored that this place still is allowed to get away with this HORRIBLE customer service. I placed and order at this location. Then placed another order at the GH location on accident. I called the GH location to cancel that order and was placed on hold for 5m so I hung up and called (what I thought was the GH location) back and canceled the order. Went to pick up my order here and it was the one I canceled. I apologized to the gal making the smoothies multiple times! She just ignored me and complained how I canceled the order. So they remade the 3 smoothies, and then gave me someone else's smoothie they had in the fridge. I didn't question it and just left. At least I know she didn't spit in my items. I'm sorry I'm only human and made a human mistake. I'm sorry I cannot apparently be as perfect at you. But if you really hate your job THAT bad... do us all a favor and leave. Don't go into customer service. Mahalo.

Read moreI tried to order this morning for delivery at about 8am. Both door dash and the TS app said they were closed. Ok so we waited a bit and finally just figured, let's just pick it up. No big deal. We got all the way there at about 10 and I noticed the app was now accepting orders. So I ordered online to get points and normally have no issue getting it on the drive thru. This time we went through and was told, nope, you have to pick it up inside. OK fine. We go in and the staff were all super unfriendly looking. OK fine, you're busy. Whatever. We walk up to the counter and ask for our order. In a deadpan voice the worker said my name and just plopped the bag of food on the counter unceremoniously. No smile, no thank you nothing. And they just turned around and went back to doing stuff. The food was amazing but not sure it's worth it if I have to go through all the extra steps and I'm treated...
