BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Norton Shores

Absolutely horrible team and even worse service! They had a PEN written sign on the door stating they won't be taking customers until 2pm! It's only noon. Upon walking in we were told they wouldn't be taking customers due to the volume of cars in the drive thru. There were 5 people standing there literally not doing anything. I'm not trying to be a Karen but it is a walk in lobby as well as drive thru. An efficient team would make this happen no questions asked. Everyone of them looked like a teen scene punk and they all had attitudes. We left and went to the next bigby on apple. You need an entirely new staff. The line for drive-thru had 10+. Stood in there for five minutes without so much as a hello or welcome to Big beat or will be right with you. When I was given the order I was required to put it in the bag. I asked for a drink carrier the lady was like "you can't carry them" I said no I can't carry three classes and two bags. Girls were exceptionally rude and irritated, they didn't want their job. One drink was leaking when pointed out she said they do that some times. I explained it was leaking from the bottom of the cup. She assured me it wasn't, now my seat is soaked with OJ. Had a terrible experience at this location this morning. We come every Wednesday before work for BOGO coffees and when I pulled up to the drive thru my card was dropped and I had to get out of my car and chase it through the drive thru line with no apology from the worker. I then waited in line for 15 minutes, being the first and only car in line, for 2 coffees. My card was declined and the girl working was EXTREMELY rude about it, so I gave her another card.
