Picked up an anniversary gift for my girlfriend, everything was ready for me same day after ordering online.

Alexandra was SO nice and welcoming, very warm and helpful and loved what she did. Made you feel good to be in the store. She pointed out there was a matching earring and ring set with the necklace, which I did not know about. Picked the earrings up too, as I already got the matching ring about a year ago (lucky coincidence!). She even put them nice and presentable in a box for me.

If u don’t have money or intentions on buying anything there don’t come in the store and make the mistake of catching evil eyes and attitudes from the teenagers that are always on there phone and hate when you mess up the conversion they aren’t welcoming and it sounds like they are annoyed and judge you for even looking at their display I barely got a welcoming hello from whoever the lady was with the long hair she must not like her job I’d rather go on SHEIN to purchase my jewelry for all that...

I’ve been to many pandora stores and never have I come across such a rude sales person as I have today. The younger of the two sales women seemed to be bothering buy any questions made to her... so I left and made my purchase online. This mall is suppose to be a highend... well let’s just say the sales person did not even bother brushing her hair or ironing her clothes before going to work today. I’m given two stars because I know this is not normal practice for pandora. They need to send in...
