It’s a cute, albeit somewhat small, store with lots of niche collectors items and wearable fandom things. I was interested as a 90s kid for the nostalgia of certain things and saw a lot of neat things on their website. Was looking for some particular Pokémon things I saw online but no luck in store. My first and only visit was a thumbs down. Despite making a full lap around the entire store, both employees completely ignored me. I got the feeling like they were annoyed to even have people shopping while they tried to set up products. I worked retail mgmt for 15 years and both could use some customer service training honestly. Maybe just learn to greet the customers at the very least and don’t act inconvenienced by their presence. You can’t afford to have that kind of attitude and expect to stay in a brick and mortar location for long, esp post-Covid. You’re already kind of on borrowed time operating in a mall....
