My shopping with Brighton Collectibles was a fantastic experience. As a short explanation, I started my shopping at their website, and the merchandise I was seeking was out-of-stock. (This was displeasing and frustrating.)
However, I reached out to the local store at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Michigan. That store was also out of stock, but the most amazing thing happened: the Novi store employee (perhaps "Jessica"?) took my name and phone number and said that she would try to find all of my desired items at another store, and would call me back within 30 minutes. I was a bit skeptical that I would receive such a level of service ... but it was true. She called me back within 30 minutes and told me that my desired items could be purchased at the Somerset Mall store in Troy. She gave me the store's phone number and the name of the employee who was awaiting my call ("Rachel").
I called Rachel immediately, and she truly was awaiting my call. Rachel was totally customer-focused, service-oriented, and eager to please. She did, in fact, have my items set aside. She quickly tabulated my order, took my payment method, and was ready to complete the order.
Then, she said that I was really close to the sales level necessary to receive a promotional tote bag ... and there was a coordinating item that would go very well with my purchases. I viewed the item on the website, agreed, and increased (doubled) the size of my order.
The order arrived at my home several days later. Everything was perfect - and was very attractively wrapped / packaged. As a surprise, there was also a very nice greeting card included from Rachel, thanking me for my purchase. I have to admit that I was bowled over by this entire experience. I had ordered a clutch online and I wanted to see what it looked like in person, after looking for it the sales person approach me and I asked to look at the clutch, she said they didnāt carry it but then I found one that I liked better, she said that was the last one they had that I should purchase the one at the store and that I could return the clutch I ordered online with them. Then she asked the manager (or owner), the manager looked at my order online and assured me that I could do the return trough them or I could call before they shipped it. I couldnāt call before the online clutch shipment so I waited till the bag arrived and made the special trip to the mall which is one hour away from my house to return the clutch that I purchased online. The sales person gave me the excuse that they didnāt carry that clutch. I explained to her that I already talked to the owner previously. Then she reluctantly started the return, after looking at my receipt she said they donāt do PayPal returns. She asked the manager and the manager confirm they donāt have PayPal so they didnāt accept my return, even after the manager had looked at my purchase order and told me I could bring it...

Whenever I come into this store itās very clean and tidy. They do a very good job at advertising the new products as well as promoting the gift with purchases which I absolutely love!
Whenever my husband comes in here he is always greeted warmly as well. Weāre always extremely taken care of. Weāre offered a water bottle and a cookie which are always delicious!!!
