I can't even believe my experience here at this Claire's. I've been a customer at this location since I was a teen. I even had my ears pierced here several times. When my daughter was baptized, I purchased a pair of real gold earrings that costed me around $100 from here. Instantly, they were easily pulled off & lost. I bought another pair, this time plated gold earrings, those were pulled off & lost. Finally, I bought another 2 pairs, ones that the manager recommended, & one of them broke before even taking them out of the package. Those were easily pulled off as well, and broken instantly. I advised the manager of my situation, & she was extremely rude & petty; she did absolutely nothing for me. She said "there is no way any child can pull these off," & "my kid is this age & she's never taken them off" insisting that I was lying. She continued to argue with me. No refund. No nothing. I spent over $250+ on earrings that were cheaper than Dollar Store quality. Not only, did I waste all that money, but it has posed a safety hazard and caused lots of stress for me. So I went to this place today and was awful!!! The customer service was terrible. Me and my friend wait for long time but we understood because was busy, the problem was the actitud of the personal which I was about to ask a question but first I asked if the girl work there to be sure because ANYONE was wearing uniform or one tag on their clothes to be noticeable as a worker and instead of one simple "yes" the girl looked at me like I was stupid and pointed her body from the top to the bottom like "dah! Is obvious " so in that point I decided just not even asked her anything.... but then she went immediately with the other girl who was piercing my friend's baby and started talking about me and my "stupid question " right in front of me! And after that the other one started telling her about how other client also asked her something "stupid " too.... I'm definitely never coming back to that place just for the people who is working in there. This Claire’s had a wide variety of merchandise. It was crowded when we were there but the way the store is laid out we could navigate it quite well. I liked the novelty items as well as the standard materials that they have there. The store is brightly lit and located within Twelve Oaks Mall, so, it is convenient once you get inside the mall. It was generally well kept and clean but the carpeting could be freshened up a bit.

The clerks were not obviously around. The manager had to take care of the restocking and moving of merchandise. The clerks response times at the register were slowed, but not critically, by their interaction with each other. One seemed engaged in the work while other seemed upset about something.
