I bought a pair of jeans 3 weeks ago and needed a different size. When I bought them, the women working were so polite and attentive to my daughter and I, to all the girls in the store even though half of them were staring at their phones or not making eye contact. I called on a Wednesday this week, asking if they had the sz I wanted before I drove up there. The manager said yes we do, feel free to come in and exchange them. I ran out of time and didn't end up coming until Thursday. I grabbed the pair I needed and when I got to the counter I met Kaitlyn and told her I was just here to do an exchange. She said "Danielle?"..already knew my name and had my pants set aside with my information on them from the day before. I asked how they knew my name and she said they got it off caller id. My daughter went to return a dress, the tags attached and receipt. They refused to honor their return policy, and gave her a hard time. It was only when I went in after she got me almost crying, that they said that she could get a corporate check. I had to read the policy to them and specifically ask about the check though! I had so much fun shopping at Francesca’s today all because of Sasha! I was super torn on getting a dress and Sasha showed me how she styled it and even gave me tips on how to style it myself!
