My wife and I love lululemon and we frequent this location amongst others in our area often. My wife always thought it was too expensive but I talked her into treating herself to their clothing and she is absolutely obsessed! However after visiting this location two days after Christmas to use her gift card that she received we noticed the staff seemed miserable and rude. Usually they are prompt and helpful asking us if weâd like to try anything on and pointing things out for us but we immediately sensed a different tone in the atmosphere. As my wife and I were browsing, an employee approached us ONLY in particular when the store was packed with others telling us we need to make our final selections and get in line now because they are closing at 6, I mentioned to her that the mall closes at 7 today for the holiday as she abruptly and passionately said ânot us, we close at 6â. My wife is a frontline worker and has worked throughout this entire pandemic risking her life conducting covid tests and last month when we were at this location a kind young man that worked there told us that if any of us were front line workers we would get a discount of 25%, that made my wifeâs day and she splurged on some items for herself, she came back again a week later, purchased a few more items as well and used her discount by showing them her employee verification which is her pharmacy license, the pharmacy she works at conducts covid testing.Today 12-27-20, as we were checking out, my wife sets the clothes on the counter along with her state issued ID, gift card, and her pharmacy license, the young man immediately says âyou swipe your own gift card on the machine I donât need thisâ and pushes it back to her rudely, she tells him that sheâs a front line worker and he looks at her license and tells her âwere cracking down on this stuff due to fraud and pharmacy doesnât qualifyâ, I told the young man myself that lululemon has been giving her the discount for the last month now when no issues and asked if they recently changed their rules and he replied âno itâs still the same rules but weâre cracking downâ I didnât quite understand what he meant by that so I asked for a manager, manager by the name of Lizzy comes to the counter and I explained to her everything and she respond with the same thing, âweâre cracking down on this stuff now and pharmacy no longer qualifies, itâs hospital onlyâ I told her that isnât right and that theyâve been honoring her discount for being a front line worker this entire time, she was extremely rude and inconsiderate the entire time. As we left and didnât buy the items my wife started to cry and we felt embarrassed in front of this store full of people. I asked for both their names as we left in shame and embarrassment and he told me his name and the manager who paused briefly and said âLizzyâ the young man arrogantly asked me if I needed the spelling but we just walked out. With the way way this entire scene played out I sensed that we were racially profiled. My wife and I will be boycotting this company and reporting this location to the BBB for the treatment and...
Read moreIâve been to this store many times over the years and Iâve had many bad experiences with this particular store, for instance today I went in to get my shorts replaced for me since it was a quality issue I believe and I called ahead of time before arriving to speak to someone named John but I donât know what happened, he said he would replace and gave me the okay but once I got to the counter in the back of the trial rooms I spoke to one lady since I didnât know who John looked like and she said that she would speak to the manager about it and came back with the answer no since they donât sell this type of short anymore and itâs out of date and described âwell lovedâ which isnât the case, Iâve had many other shorts from lululemon and this issue never came up, I donât get it, itâs basically the speed up short used to be called speed short but updated. I went into the store initially to buy a sports bra but to my surprise they didnât have any of the color of the sports bra I wanted only the basic black or grey, they didnât have the other pretty colors, if they did it wouldnât be in my size and out of stock in the store. For instance, I wanted the energy bra in the we are from space nimbus battleship and they checked my app I had on my phone and said it wasnât available and didnât even bother I help me further by checking in the back, so when I went back into the sports bra section, I found the color I wanted but not in my size. Very bad customer service, should of helped me further and gave me a look, too lazy to check in back for me. You canât rely on the app too often because 99% of the time, they donât have the item, thatâs what I expirenced. They donât have very many selections either on the sports bra category, they had one itty bitty tiny selection there and not many colors plus not many sizes, it is all picked over. The sports bra they offer or have are very limited in quantity, itâs only the bras that are their core items and very few colors. Anything other than basic color bras, you donât expect them to have. They are also not very knowledgeable about the items either. They could have used their app in the store to check availability, because I know they have a complete different app from consumers since they are a store retailer, an educator at another store told me, that is their register app itâs not the same app you download using the App Store or the apple play store for google or...
Read moreI wish the pop up store had its own listing so I could leave them a separate review because 1 star for the permanent location 5 stars for pop up.
The permanent lululemon store in twelve oaks had really just unhelpful, snobby, employees. None of them checked in on me once or helped me find what I needed while I was in there. When I did ask they just said no we donât have it and check to see if it was in stock or even online or downstairs. I ended up finding it on my own after continuing to look so I guess they did have it.
FIVE STARS for the pop up shop on the first floor. The shopping experience was SO much better. Brittany was amazing. She was so kind, looked up multiple items for me to see if they were in stock in their store or upstairs and offered to order it online for me. She talked to me like an actual person and seem genuinely interested and not just an opportunity for a sale. She was busy and helped other guests at the same time as me but did not forget about me. Her multi tasking skills are out of this world. Her coworker whose name I unfortunately do not remember was also so kind and chit chatty as I was cashing out. I wish this pop up shop was the actual store because the employees there are better by a million and the shopping experience is so much better they shouldnât even be...
