Might actually be the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Firstly, went there to maybe get a labubu for my daughter asked how much it was they ignored us at first and then said “oh we didn’t know you were talking to us”… who else would be be asking besides the people working there.. anyway, they said $100+?! Insane. So we kept looking around and noticed a lot of things were over priced there and to my friend I mentioned this store was crazy for their prices. This strange and deranged woman proceeds to get loud with me about that comment which was literally a general observation. Then tells us to get out. My friend starts recording her and she leaves from behind the counter and gets nose to nose with my friend like she was trying to fight her. Such odd behavior. Showcase is a super fun store with trending merchandise! It's located on the lower level near Macy's (27500 Novi Rd Novi MI 48377).

They carry many of the items shown on TikTok. They get new items weekly. There are a variety of items such as health /beauty products, Arabic perfumes, dragon egg on TikTok, collectables, candy, anime, Pokémon Japanese Cards, one piece cards, Funko, Sunny Angels, Sminiski's, Prime Drinks limited edition, freeze dried candies, Swiss Candies, insulated cups, Bluetooth speakers, portable fans, alarm clocks, puddy slime and much more. My review is super overdue but I ordered an Exciting Macaron Labubu a few months ago and ended up with the Secret! Authentic yes! Overpriced, depends on how badly you want your Bubu. I think I paid $55. To me the surprise was worth the extra cost. They are a Canadian based store so they upcharge a bit so before venturing out and being upset at the prices be aware of that.
