I was in Swarovski a few weeks ago. I was desperate for a ring and needed a specific size. The associates made every attempt to find the ring for me. They were friendly and pleasant to talk to. The store appeared clean, they were practicing social distancing and cleaning regularly. I felt very comfortable in the store. I went in again today. Read moreMy friends and I walked into the store to check out some of the cool displays. Sure, we had no intention of buying anything, but the treatment we received was unnecessary. We were chastised by the employee and followed around. Mind you, we were three black people. No one I know is dumb enough to steal from a jewelry store, that’s not ethical behavior plus the consequences aren’t worth it. We found the staff extremely rude (a middle aged lady with a chip on her shoulder and another person dressed in costume on November 8th, who was very snotty when we asked a simple question as we looked for a recommendations.
