Honestly such a great salon. Employees are welcoming and professional, prices are great, and quality of work is out of this world. I used to work in a nail salon years ago and have picked up on nail art as well as gel extensions on my own so I am EXTREMELY picky on shape and polish application but they absolutely killed it. I hardly ever go out to a salon anymore since every time I go, I will take off all the polish to file and reshape my nails but wow, finally found a place where i’m happy with the final result.. let me tell you it’s such a treat and get your nails done, knowing the field, and actually loving how your nails look when you leave. I wish they would have told me that they don’t really have anyone who specializes with acrylic nails. I had them done and they were awful and expensive. As the woman was gluing my nails they kept sticking to her fingers. She also had to yank them off a few times because I assume she glued them on crooked. When she put the acrylic on, it was so thick they looked really odd. the next day I removed them because I couldn’t look at them any longer and was so shocked they came off so quickly. Slipped right off! That never happened to me after getting acrylics for over 20 years! But also thankful at the same time I was able to get them off. The lady was nice but the quality- not so much. I typically have a pleasant experience here but the two instances where I had a dipping powder manicure were absolutely ludicrous! The first time the manicure chipped within hours, I had to return the next day to have it fixed. The second time the manicurist had no clue what she was doing and each finger crystallized and looked disgusting, not to mention she took over a hour and a half to complete it. The only resolution the owner Joanne had was that I come the next day to have it fixed and to complete my pedicure. When I arrived the next day Joanne greeted me with an attitude as though it was an inconvenience. Here’s a suggestion TRAIN YOUR WORKERS BETTER AND GET IT RIGHT...
