I just wanted to write about my experience here & why I'll never return. I walked in yesterday looking for a diffuser, because I've seen someone online saying that anthropology sold a good one with essential oils. I asked the women greeting the door where the diffuser and essential oil section was so rolled her eyes at me and my friend and pointed to the corner of store and with a snippy attitude said "over there!" She looked at us with disgust like we werent good enough to be shopping in this store. Just to clarify I make really good money. I couldn't seem to find the section and I didn't want to go up to her again but it looked like all the other sales associates were busy but I did and she said "I told you it's over there" I asked where can you show me "she goes "what are you looking for again" I repeated to tell her the diffuser and oils she goes up to another associate who's in a conversation with a costumer and says "do we even sell diffuser " the associate said "no I don't think our locations do" She proceeds to walk back to me and my friend "we don't sell diffuser can I help you with anything else" rolling her eyes and giving us such disgusted looks I said "no" & stormed off. I've never been treated with such discrimination in my life. Sorry I'm not wearing designer clothes and jewelry. She needs to be fired, discriminating costumers based on the clothes is pathetic. And she was only treating me and my friend this way. I noticed with the older rich lady she was lending a hand too she was being so polite and courteous. I'm so appalled. I'll never go back no diffuser is worth this...
Read moreGet new employees. The eye roller is gonna get her eyes poked out one day with a Loubu heel if I come back and see her again. I went shopping there in black yoga pants, black boots and an off the shoulder top because it was my day off...and I do some mean shopping.....But apparently, she didn't see a designer label anywhere on my body so she didn't help me at all...and her Lurch-y stare just looked me up and down like shouldn't be shopping there. All I watched her do was roll her eyes to the high heavens to anyone that asked her a question....and then whisper and point about customers to a fellow employee...she is a complete and total 'C-U-Next-Tuesday. Hopefully she's not a manager because that would make it more sad. I am gonna write to whomever is above her and the manager of that store because the way they treat everyone is sick. And not just me....I watched her do it to 7 other people that walked in....SEVEN.......right down to being angry and snippy to someone who needed to be rung up....like the CUNextTuesday was bothered she has to walk to the register to ring the lady up. I was surprised her eyes didn't get stuck looking at the ceiling in that moment with how high the roll was ....someone...
Read moreMy birthday is tomorrow so I was at the mall to treat myself a little, this store was the low point of my trip tbh. Two stars because I did get the items I was looking for, however, I had overhead someone in line before me get offered to sign up for birthday discount and thought oh neat, they'll mention that when I check out, but no... When I went to check out the girl behind the counter (maybe a manager?) ignored me for a bit, was having a conversation on her headset before finally saying she could help me but never once even looked towards me and had a look on her face that made me consider just abandoning the purchase, she asked if I had a phone number with them, I said I wasn't sure and when she said nothing I gave her my number, she never said another word, didn't confirm if I had an account just rang me out. I said thank you when she gave me my bag and receipt but even then she said nothing and refused to even look at me. I'll stick to shopping the website...
