I walked in to do a return with my items in my hand and the only sales representative was there she looked at me and she was on the phone. She didn’t say hi to me, and I stood at the counter waiting for her to acknowledge me while she was on the phone. I’m not sure if this is how she treats all customers but regardless if I am returning clothes or not she should acknowledge customers and offer them assistance. Once she got off the phone she never said that she was sorry for the wait or for her being on the phone. Absolutely poor customer service. I used to work at J Crew and we never treated people like that. I do not recommend shopping there. I would give them zero...

I LOVE Lucky Brand jeans. They work for my curvy shape. I stopped by yesterday to return a pair of jeans. The entire store was 40% off! The nice young man who was working was very helpful! He suggested a few pairs of capri jeans & some tops. I ended up with jeans, a shirt & a belt for the same price of my 1 pair of returned jeans! I am always pleased with the outstanding customer service at the Lucky store. I wish I would have remembered his name, but he was super friendly & helpful. I am lucky to have such luck...

Shopping at the in store location was great but shopping online is a scam. They had a premonition on some of there stock jeans. I put an order in and was charged. About 2 weeks later I received a email that stated that the item was out of stock and that they refunded me the money. I went on their website and there were the same Jeans at a price and the website said they were in stock. It was a SCAM sale. The Jeans I ordered are one of their stock...
