I had a Wedding at Drury Lane, this place came highly recommended. Set up an appointment for an Up-do and makeup. My hair never looked this good. Gianna did a great job! I received many compliments. My makeup was done the first time by Kristen, an esthetician. I was not happy with it. I asked for smokey eye, she spoke of my eyebrows, and what I needed to do to them. I told her, I was happy with my eyebrows, and their natural shape. I asked her if she could place on magnetic eyelash strips, and she said no. That they wouldn't stay on. I told her I would happily pay for whatever, so then she asked Kelsey who was applying makeup on someone else, if lashes would work on me. I should have stopped the service there. Why are you asking someone else, if you are doing the service? When she told me to put my own lipstick on, because she didn't want to mess up. That's when I knew... Anyway. She was done. I looked in the mirror, and was like ok, thanks. I looked homely. It did not look like I was going to an evening wedding When I got into my car, and looked in the mirror. I was like, "Oh no!". I'll just fix it myself. Then realized, I paid for this service and it wasn't cheap. I called the salon and spoke with Ron, the owner. He was extremely polite and I voiced my concern. He offered to have Kelsey enhance my color. She did a wonderful job. I was happier when I left the second time. I would recommend Kelsey for makeup applications. And for Kristen, I would politely ask her, to stay in her lane. Overall, this place was great. A bunch of stylists next to Gianna's station were extremely nice, and fun to chitchat with. Customer service was spot on, except for what happened, and the front desk not knowing some service providers names. Photos included, back of my hair. The first attempt of makeup, and then...

My wife was calling around searching for a stylist to do a perm. Knowing it was last minute, the receptionist was able to accommodate her for 4pm in the afternoon with Kandi. My wife arrived at 3:55 and met with Kandi at 4:15pm. At that time, Kandi was critical of my wife's hair and only wanted to do a shampoo, cut and style stating she may not get the desired style she was looking for and to come back for the perm after she shampoo , cut and styles my wife's hair. Kandi refused to do the service we requested, to get a perm, since she has never dealt with her hair and kept pushing for shampoo , cut and style. I am not sure if Kandi was concerned about her reputation, or she was scamming us to an extra service of a shampoo, cut and style.. charge us and then have my wife come back and be charged again for the perm. Even after my wife said that was not the service she requested and was preparing to leave, Kandi had no concern to stop her or discuss options with her. Customer service was at a total loss. I would not recommend coming to this salon if this is how new customers...

honestly can't thank this salon enough for the amazing experience I had! I came in on my birthday feeling a little stressed after a last-minute beauty emergency, and the lovely staff completely turned my day around. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, kind, and so professional.

Not only did they fit me in on short notice, but they went above and beyond to make sure I felt special and taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was top-notch, and everyone there had such positive energy—it really lifted my spirits.
