Kirkland's — Local services in Oak Ridge North

I didnt like that I took my time purchasing what I needed online and when I arrived to pick up my stuff, I had to get on this long line. They had two lines, one for online pick up and one for in store purchases, apparently that didnt matter, I still had to get in line like the other people. Not good. Pointless to have a sign "online pickup" plus I didn't know and when I arrived, I went to the "online pick up" line and there was someone paying. The representative just ignored me and asked the other person waiting behind me to approached the register. If she saw me standing there, she should of acknowledged me. That was kind of rude. I had to ask her if it was one single...

Ok, first off what is the stench at this store? It’s so strong that it triggered my asthma! I wanted to browse here I wanted to spend money but I just couldn’t! Secondly, I understand that it’s been awhile since I’ve been here (before COVID) but dang what is going on with their art collection? I wouldn’t call what they have art but it used to be nicer. It’s just junk I can find at Ross for 1/4 the price. This place has gone downhill fast! I am giving several stars for nice staff and clean restroom....

I will never visit a Kirklands store again. I walked into the store and although there were three sales associates by the door, I was not greeted. Yet, every customer after me (there were four) got a greeting. I walked through the store for about 10 mins, desperately looking for the item I was going to purchase, and nobody acknowledged me at any point, not even while leaving the store.
