Eden Massage — Local services in Oak Ridge

I booked for a couple’s massage thinking it will be a relaxed evening. We were charged as soon as walking in before service was provided My masseuse arrived roughly 20 mins while my partner’s massage has already started. When my masseuse arrives, my partner’s masseuse leaves to deal with the phone, door etc. It was also hard to be relaxed and enjoy the service when both masseuse are having full on conversations and continuously conversing. Now at the end I already knew how my partner & I felt about this place but it was our first time going there so we said it’s ok we learn. As walking to the front desk my masseuse starts inquiring about tips for both stating that we enjoyed the service and that we have to tip.i gave her $15 and then demanded for $20 each. I then gave a $20 to her so $35 in total in tip & 160 for the massage. In total 195 for this. I just got the worst massage from Sophia. My wife and I are from out of town and decided to stop by for a massage. We paid for two 1 hour massages for $160. During the massage, Sophia left the room 4 times to answer the phone, door, and was yelling at the other masseuse in the next room. After about 30 minutes she said she was done. I looked at the clock and said "are you sure?" She said yes and then asked for a tip. I waited in the lobby for at least 20 minutes for my wife to be done with her massage. After my wife's massage was done, her masseuse (Yu Yu) also asked for a tip. I do not recommend this place to anyone. For the price we paid, the service should have been better. GO AT...

Wish I could remove that one star. I come to this location a couple of time because the service itself is pretty good and I always make sure I tip. After I was done with my service this lady kept asking non-stop for tip. I usually tipped up to $20, because of how persistent she was about tipping I tipped her $10 she shake her head in a rude way and did not even say thank you. Also, charging a whole $5 just because I used my debit card was insane; please let costumers know ahead of time to bring cash you guys never mentioned anything about that and charged me a whole $5 for using my debit card.
