I found out about this massage location via Groupon and paid for the foot reflexology with detox as a birthday gift to self. The following week I finally decided to receive my service and was upsold on the hot stones as well as sea salt treatment with my detox which I agreed to.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived as I quickly realized the masseuse was still providing services to another client as well as working the front desk. I waited for about 15-20 minutes after my appointment to be served. Thank goodness I had no other plans this day however if I did I would’ve been inconvenienced.

During my session the masseuse stepped away several times to tend to customers at the front desk, I felt disappointed as this was my very first visit and the lack of customer service could have been improved by just having someone manage the front desk so that you can give your undivided attention to your paid clients during their session.

My reflexology with massage was good but I don’t plan to return due to the lack of attention. Also the masseuse asked for a tip on top of the upsells I’d already paid for which she shouldn’t have given the circumstances I’ve already mentioned occurring.

Today was my 1st visit at Class Act Massage. It was a wonderful experience! Since I have rip, back and muscle pain due to an injury in the past 1 year I decided to give a try and did not regret a bit. Even though the facility welcomes walk in customers, I prefer to call in advance to schedule my appointment and worked really well for me. When I walked in the facility this morning, I was greeted by Cici who listened all my pain related concerns and showed me a list of massagd options I could pick from and I picked up the 60 min hot stone which I believed was the best choice for my case. The atmosphere was wonderful, the music, the energy...a truly peaceful environment. Cici was extremely professional, polite and friendly. She did a terrific hot stone massage with essential oil. I felt so comfortable and relaxed that right after the hot stone massage I got a 45 min facial massage and a 15 min foot massage as well. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! High recommend a visit, 5 stars all around. I will be back...

This is a no frills place, but it's the best massage I've ever had. Amit was recommended to me when I was having a lot of tension in my upper body, between my shoulders and in my neck. It had gotten so bad my arms and fingers were starting to tingle. Amit knew exactly what I was dealing with, and he really helped alleviate the tension. I go to him often now whenever I feel it coming back. This isn't a place to get super pampered and spend all day hanging out in a robe drinking wine and tea, if you're looking for that go elsewhere. But if you're looking for specific help with muscle tension, tightness and pain and for an expert massage, I recommend this place and Amit hands down. They're also very easy to work with and schedule an appointment. Also, I think an hour for 70$ is very reasonable, especially considering I actually feel like it made a difference for my muscle tension vs other massages that are nice and relaxing but don't actually help with my issues. I will definitely be coming...
