Quick Bite Halal Food Truck — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

I decided to stop by and order some after seeing some great reviews. Mr. Mohamed greeted me and upon finding out that it was indeed my first time eating there and that I was a little unfamiliar with the food, he made 2 recommendations. He mentioned the Ziegler burger or the smash burger, he also mentioned that after trying those two, then I should go with the Philly cheesesteak sandwich (originally was going to be my choice). He kindly mentioned the ingredients on the Ziegler burger, and being that I’m not a huge fan of chicken, I went with smash burger. He mentioned that he usually isn’t a fan of chicken neither but that he actually likes the Ziegler burger. I agreed that I will give that one a try next time. I ordered the meal, he mentioned to definitely try the fries with the sauce. Let me just say that I was eating the fries by themselves at first, and the seasoning was amazing, then I tried and the sauce and omg… I love that sauce! It’s like mayo-ketchup meets mild buffalo sauce. Next time, I’ll most definitely order extra extra sauce. Now, the smash burger, was also great, perfectly seasoned and cheesy with an amazing sauce. I’m such a picky eater, but I’m definitely glad that I went with Mr. Mohamed’s recommendation. I don’t think that I would have made that choice on my own, but now I’m looking forward to next time giving the Ziegler...

Had a late-night craving and stopped by this halal food cart around 10:30 PM—and I’m so glad I did. The owner (Nauman) came right up to the window and patiently answered all of our questions about the menu. You could tell he really cared about what he was serving.

We ended up ordering the smash burger and the chicken paratha, and both were absolutely fantastic. The burger was juicy and flavorful with that perfect crispy edge, and the paratha was buttery, spicy, and comforting in all the right ways. You can tell everything is made with care and skill—he does it all himself!

10/10 experience. We called them 5 minutes before closing and asked if they were still open. He told us that he will stay and wait for us even though he was about to close. when we got there he was very patient while we were choosing what to eat. we had 3 double smash burgers with fries and he made our order very quickly and let us borrow chairs and a table that he had already put away. the burgers were very big and he made them all so good. they were cooked perfectly and very juicy with a lot of sauce. the fries were also very fresh and seasoned perfectly. he even gave us an extra portion of fries. the food here was delicious and the service was even better. definitely surpassed a...
