I have been to the Bell so many times that I have lost count. The food preparation and service I received today was so bad I am here to warn you away before you experience what I did.
First off there is a new employee at the register... no biggie ... you have to learn sometime. She took my order "Soft Taco Combo" and made proper change. We just stand there looking at one another until she realizes I am waiting for my cup so I may get the drink that comes with the combo.
There were 2 orders in front of mine. No exaggeration... it took 10 full minutes to get my order. I unwrap one of the thinnest soft taco supreames I have ever seen. My intent was to add fire sauce. I noticed that there was 2 diced pieces of tomato on this taco! I investigate further and can not locate the dollop of sour cream that should be there. It is those 2 items that make it "supreme."
I bring it back to the counter and ask to see the manager. I explain to her my concern and she just looks at me. I asked her how she would rectify this and she told me that the dollop of sour cream was actually under the teaspoon serving of luke warm ground beef. Listen to me folks ... there was nothing there and no place for it to hide.
I told her that I wanted my money back and that I will be logging my complaint with the main office.
Readers ... do yourselves a favor slip this location if Taco Bell is...

2020: Extremely slow service. Food was fine. Took almost 15minutes for them to make 3 standard soft tacos. The kitchen staff seemed very confused as to what orders they were working on and how to make them. They would pull a paper wrap onto the prep area, then look at a monitor, then grab some ingredients, then look back at the monitor... Etc and finally get an order made after a minute or two. I have been here 2 times now and the service was exactly the same.
Also, all of the trash cans were totally full, the sauce area was disorganized and the drink fountain area was in need of being wiped down.
When you have a 30 min lunch break and it takes 15min just to get the food, I just can't recommend this location.
I don't know if this is due to understaffing, poor training, or just bad management... Possibly a bit of everything. Hopefully they can get it fixed, but it will be a while before I come back...
Read moreThey screwed up 80% of my order and kept me on hold over the phone FOR A HALF HOUR while the clerk who answered apparently had to go to Narnia to find a manager. Never ended up getting anyone to speak with me about the order and make it right. The lack of attention to my phone call seemed deliberate. I would have caught the issue if their order screen at the drive thru was actually functional... but it was as broken as the staff’s ability to perform the simple task of listening to the order, which I said very slowly so it wouldn’t get botched. The receipt was also in the bag, so I hadn’t noticed that the clerk had ignored my request for no sour creme on the burrito I got, along with the chicken quesarito (which ended up being beef) until it was too late. I have never been more frustrated with a Taco Bell, ever. It’s my favorite place for food, period, but these guys really killed my evening.
