I love to get steak & ground beef in Pacheko Family ranch (Can you sell beef tallow pls?). My favorite berries & apple & cider place is Rainbow 🌈 Orchard. I found best granola in YOUR GRANOLA GARDEN, it's large package for $10 and 3 for $27,not so sweet I ate it as my dessert after meal (There's chocolateā™„ļø, Banana, Almond ,Apple, Pecan). Hummus guy-- love their crunch chips (don't know what they called, but garlic is our favorite.) I also can buy Greek Yogurt here. As a Oaklander who doesn't drive, this is my favorite GO-TO place to stock everything Chinatown doesn't offer (or not as good ). Thank you OOF. But can we have some ice cream vendor? One more request, can we also have fresh oyster vendor? One more request, can we have 2 rounds different vendors, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening before sun down (like Santana Row FM). Thank you.

This is definitely worth checking out. There are only a handful of tents to get food, so it's understandable if the lines are long, but the wait is worth it. Check out "Boffo Cart", dark brown tent halfway down the block between Washington and Clay. Their Chopped Pork is great! I've had it a few times by now. The pork is extremely flavorful and the bread isn't enough that'll put you in a food coma after lunch. The wait is very reasonable. The Muffaletta is good too. The produce around covers about 3-4 blocks. There are a few tents for florists, a couple for breads, live music at the intersection of Washington & 9th. Every farmer's market has kettle corn. You can get almonds/walnuts, spreads for breads, eggs, strawberries and other fruit.

This is a fantastic farmers market they have so many different booths set up for your farmers market needs. They have everything from flowers to flounders and fresh fruit and vegetables. They have a little bit of everything for everyone but they do ask that you please leave your dog at home. While I was there I saw a tent set up for people on S.S. and government assistance, they can buy 10 dollars in tokens and get 10 free. The only downside they only operate on Fridays. So come on down and have a great time.

Update: if you go even a little bit after opening the EBT line is very very long! Like 2 blocks and it moves at a snails pace compared to how long it takes the line to move at other markets. I didn't even use my EBT last time bc I would have been standing there waiting for an hour or more probably.

Urban village, you can do better!! Just have one or two of the extra 4 people in your booth working on dispensing EBT.

Good farmers market. I wish there was a high quality organic vegetable vendor there, who they have aren't quite as tasty as at other markets. The prices are good for the most part though. There are more Asian vegetable vendors there, but none are as tasty as the Asian veg vendor who is at grand lake FM.

Far west fungi is there, they have the best mushrooms around, so that's great.

And some of the fruit is well priced compared to other markets.

The EBT line is long and very slow. Partly bc it's just very popular and a lot of people using it are elderly, partly bc the people dispensing it are slow, some slower than others bc they use a computer to log everything and some people take forever to type out a name.

The only bread is sourdough..not my favorite.. they do have a few prepared food vendors if you're into that too.

So, not the nicest FM with great vendors, but there are a couple gems in there plus I appreciate the...
