The manager was unhelpful as one person could be she was rude, nasty, and argumentative. As a gold crown member this is not the way anyone should be treated. There are other places to buu cards and you don't have to go into a place where you are not treated properly they could care less about your wants your needs your desire. Refusing to check with her maybe some of the items that i was looking may be in snother locstion.Whatever I asked I never got the correct answer for. I rarely and i mean rarelt bit his os the worst Hallmark store over!vThere no customer care. She refused the owner's name the manager's name and even a 20% off coupon. I truly don't want to be a gold crown member after having spent thousands of dollars....

Was excited to check out this Hallmark since most of the ones in CT has closed. Found a lot of the Gilmore merchandise and we spend just over $150 and a few of the items were fragile. The cashier (Celeste) wasn’t too helpful didn’t even attempt to wrapped the mugs. I got a bit annoyed and grab my coffee canister and started to place it in the tote that I purchased and that’s when she offered to wrap the top of the canister. Worst Hallmark store I have ever visited. Took my handicapped best friend to shop there. Her wheelchair barely fit the aisles and the clerks were rude...especially Claire and Sara! They mocked my friend while she browsed the books saying "is she going to buy one...this isn't a damn library." When we asked for the manager, the told me she wasn't there, though I am fairly certain Sara is a member of management. I hope they reach out for some restitution...as corporate Hallmark is my next call/post. I gave 1 star because you can't...
