Trible's Inc. — Local services in Ocean City

We needed to replace the burner drip pans on our stove so I ordered them a week before we went down to Ocean City. Rob called me a few days before we arrived to let me know they had received the parts. Everything is great until I get back to our place and realized that I had ordered incorrectly. I ordered 3 small and 1 big but I needed 2 of each. My wife called Rob to see if he had a big one. He said he could get one the next day....Super! I picked it up and also needed a new valve for the ice maker which they had in stock. I was surprised b/c the fridge is an older model. Bill was very knowledgeable explaining to me how to change the valve. I got it installed and no more leaks from the ice maker. I would highly recommend Trible's for their service and knowledge. Rob and Bill were very friendly...

Absolutely the worst customer no service I've ever experienced. The lazy jerk at the counter could not be more rude and lazy. He actually refused to help me with a part. I had the info I could provide along with photos and model and make of my appliance and he said nope. In fact I could tell upon entering this horrible place he was going to be rude to me because I am a girl! People complain about the younger generation well this old dude was literally the worst employee ever. He was condescending, not helpful and not willing to try. Do not go to Tribles I ordered my part online in my car in the Tribles parking lot with the same info I had and voila right parts better service and kinder people than Tribles....

The sales associate Bill was the most honest and helpful person I’ve come across in years. His knowledge of the products ,applicable tech knowledge and out right desire to make sure you have the right product is refreshing. I’ll never use another place to buy parts for my home appliances. Bill had the opportunity to sell me parts that I didn’t need and gave me sound professional advice on what to look at.
