I've been shopping here for years! Great place to get beautiful personalized items. I love the puzzle picture frames. This last visit they helped me replace a mug I had made for my fiance as his first father's day gift. He unfortunately broke the first one using it all the time. They took great care in recreating it from my picture. He was so happy to have a new usable one and we're going to save the original pieces.
