Wow, what a first experience with the go karts! We pre-bought tickets, which will be important soon. Waited in line to get in, and there wasn't enough carts for my son and I together and my wife alone, so she decided to sit it out. The attendant asks us about a ride along ticket, but we have no idea because we were not offered or sold ride along tickets back when purchased. Finally, he tells us "I got you", and takes 2 driver tickets for just me and my son riding along. Long story short, we come to find out ride alongs are ONLY $2, and that he just willfully ripped us off instead of solving the problem! My wife figured this out while we were on the ride, and the attendant in the ticket box basically told her to get bent and refused to do anything for us. Back to the ride experience... We wait for our turn, and finally go. No safety briefing, no instruction, checked safety belts and that was it. Within 2 laps a cart breaks down on the track and about 4 people crash into each other. 1 lap later, same thing happens again. Inexperienced children who should not have been driving to begin with (but met the height requirement) proceed to slam full speed into the stopped carts because the kill switches were not activated by the operator. 1 more lap, and another cart (same one?) breaks down again, and another full speed pile up occurs. I watch another young driver unfamiliar with brakes slam into another cart so hard that kid in front had to get whiplash. An attendant starts screaming at the kids after the fact to use the brakes, meanwhile the kill switches were again not activated in time. One of the attendants had to fix one of the carts (changing a spark plug I think), but chose to do this on the track instead of pulling that one in and letting the rest go. By this time, another stalled out on the track and had to be restarted, and the attendant quite angrily belted out, " I'm ready to leave this job!" Ultimately, our actual ride time seemed cut short as a result of all this, though our butts were in the carts for quite a while overall just sitting there watching this circus play out. Fortunately, we managed to stay out of danger and did not get hit or hit anyone. Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible experience start to finish. I'm still in shock from how unprofessional this operation...

Golf - This is one of the best courses on the board walk, if not the best. It has really creative fun hole designs that always reward a good hit. You can choose to play your hits safe or take risks and go for the sure hole in one’s. Great design, great craftsmanship! Also, the free game hole is a blast and a great challenge. Shooting to try for a free game is one of our families favorite past times!

Best of all, the staff is really awesome! We have a 2 year old who just likes to tag a long and hold a ball, not actually golf, and we were told he would have to pay full price for him to do that at goody golf, tea time golf, haunted golf, etc, but when we got to SeaPort Village the lady was so kind and she said “no, of COURSE he can hold a ball, make sure he gets a club for him self too! We want everyone to have fun!” She said kids under 3 play free! It wasn’t just the policy though, it was the way in which she approached it. Great place, they have my repeat business every year, multiple times!

Go karts - not much to say here! Want to ride go karts? This is the place!

The golf was absolutely fantastic, the go karting was fun, but whoever the older lady was when I bought the go kart tickets was incredibly rude and should be fired. Let me tell you what happened. I've never been here so I asked about prices. She refused to answer my question because "all the information was on the plaqured". Wow okay so I'll just take 1 single ride, and one passenger ride. She let out the biggest sigh because she had to get up to grab the tickets. After doing so, so stared at me non verbally from a distance asking, "you're paying with a card??" I said, yes I am.. That an issue? No response, but she grabbed my card, dropped it and let out an even BIGGER sigh and took her sweet time picking it up. I looked at my younger brother and we both knew this was absolutely horrible. We felt awkward. She then handed me a receipt to sign, I signed, grabbed my card, my tickets and aggressively pushed the signed receipt back to her and left. Absolutely horrible person to work...

It's been nearly a 10 years since I've come down to the shore, and bringing my wife for the first we hit all the miniature golf courses on the island and boardwalk. Sea Port Village is just an amazing course with that perfect sea town perspective. With go-karts underneath the boards too this place is a lot of fun. First and foremost, the holes are high risk high reward. There is always a special slot, dip, hole or area you need to take care and aim for. It's unique and truly fun each time. Also if you're aware of the story of the "Sindia" the boat wreck of OC, there is a scale model of sorts on the course. Layout is fun and challenging, and the free game is worth the price of admission. A long ramp to a small hole. You trigger the animatronic shark if you make it in. Otherwise the seagull just laughs at you. This course is special and fun anyway you slice it.

We came for the mini-golf and nicknamed this the “hole-in-one course” as nearly all of the holes have a (mostly) guaranteed hole-in-one feature if you can make the correct shot… Sometimes this is easily accomplished, sometimes not. Because the holes are constructed around this concept, if you dont make the hole-in-one shot, you’ll likely be out 3 strokes or more from gettin it in, so the pressure is on! Definitely an exciting way to play!! Like most mini-golf courses around here, it’s ‘Pirate Adventure’ themed and features holes in and around a Pirate Ship, sprinkled with other tropical oceanic features like palm trees, a beach shanty town and a couple giant sharks! I particularly appreciated the piped in Beach Boys music we enjoyed while playing. Overall, a fun experience and works well for players of all ages. Will definitely return.
