Beautiful spot! Had the vanilla coconut caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso, and it was hands down one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while. Really sweet and helpful girl working behind the counter too. They have sandwiches and pastries here also, but the coffee and flavor menu are insane. So many delicious options. Beautiful mugs and other souvenirs, good seating available here too. You can see the staff through the rear window working on packaging other things, pretty cool. My Google reviews are rated top 1% in this side of the country, about to hit 20 million views. I also owned a restaurant and two other customer service based businesses currently with a combined 500/600 5 star reviews. So for anyone reading the reviews, the people leaving one stars here are the types that should be staying home and making their coffee themselves! Coffee is just one of those things that yeah, I get and understand if you’re particular…but if you want to be thattttt picky, not to mention pick a busy day at a spot like this where you could tell that they were just trying to get you what you asked and get you on your way- just stay home and make your own coffee instead! the staff at this location is definitely the type who would fix an issue with a cup of coffee and not bat an eye. So for those people saying they had bad coffee and bad customer service here, they were probably just the impatient people coming in on a busy day and got frustrated with that. Like I said, I write reviews all the time for small businesses, and see other peoples reviews as well, and checkout their accounts and past reviews!! You can often tell some of these people leaving the one-star reviews only have a Google account to write businesses bad reviews, because they’re just the impatient type who never worked in the customer service or food industry before!!! Very easy to spot. Trust me when I tell you, this is a great business with an awesome staff and quality product....

Their cold brew is double the price of coffee, but I wanted it so I thought I’d just splurge. My wife and I both got a large cold brew and then also got flavors so it cost extra. My wife asked for cream and the worker said that was gonna be self serve (okay I guess, but why would you expect a tip if I'm basically making my own coffee?). Then my wife asked if she could get flavored cold foam and the cashier says" ummm I mean you could, but it’s gonna take forever” and so my wife just told her just do regular vanilla then. After we place our order and stand off to the side waiting for at least 10 minutes already, she calls my name and says “so I’m sorry but we actually don’t have cold brew.” You couldn’t have told me that before I paid? I told her that’s fine just do iced coffee then instead. I didn't mention the fact that the price difference of the cold brew is double what the iced coffee is and she didn't offer any type of refund (we also tipped 15% which I now regret). After waiting another 15 minutes we get our coffee which mine was salted caramel and my wife's was toasted marshmallow. They taste exactly the same and neither of them taste like they’re supposed to. The cold foam also just tastes like plain milk, they couldn’t even sweeten that even though my wife asked for vanilla?? Needless to say we won't be back again, definitely not worth the wait or the price for coffee that tastes mid and not even...

I've been here a few times over the last two years throughout every season. I am a barista in OCMD and have been since 2016. Not at a dunkin or Starbucks but at Rise Up and Coastal Coffee Roasting. It was busy but nothing in comparison to our volume. We ordered 2 large dirty hippies one hot, one iced. They blend their iced drinks instead of mixing them?? Which honestly to me seems much less efficient especially with only 2 blenders and a line. They used cold espresso shots from a pitcher (which is fine if I ordered frozen, but I don't want expired shots.) Since they use cold shots with a powder mix in a blender it is literally a waste of the time the powder just settles at the bottom after you get the drink. One of our drinks came out iced instead of hot. I get it is busy, but I've been there and done it. The blonde girl shouting out drinks was obviously miserable and a few people asked her about an old drink and she snapped "idk its been there for 45 minutes". Disappointed in the experience but the flavor is amazing. Im aware a non coffee lover wouldn't notice and admittedly I've made my fair share of mistakes. I'll just be sure not to visit during peak hours. I go for the care and quality put into the drinks not for the quick drink.
