Speaking of pouring.... let me.just prepare you for some of the best coffee you will ever experience. Upon your arrival, depending on the time, you might pull up to find a line out the door and down the sidewalk. The wait... it's always worth it. Upon entering you will always see Ryan and/or Katherine behind the counter. You'll quickly realize that they know every regular by name and treat them as family just as they will you. They roast their own beans and every syrup is made in house by them. Their nitro cold brew will awaken your soul and their simple yet perfect waffles are perfect for dipping into one of the best lattes you'll ever have. It's a local gathering spot and thosethat do gather there are always positive, friendly and laughing together. To say I'm thankful to have found such a place would be an understatement. So stop in, bring your furiend for they are pet friendly and grab a cup that will fill your soul with love in a cup and hospitality...

Bright eyed is an awesomly amazing experience through and through. My wife and I appreciate great coffee and this place has it. The nitro, black, is incredible; the vanilla latte’s are beyond tasty also. I’m sure if we stepped out of our box the other menu Items would match up to the high standard these drinks provide. Will have to come back to try to horchata nitro, that sounded interesting.

We are from Texas and have a moderately high expectation when it comes to customer service, but when Katherine remembers my 6 month old sons name the second time I go there, and in his absence asks where he is, then proceeds to tell me to hug him for her, that tells me they care immensely about every customer. It’s a true testament to how genuine the feel and vibe is at this place. So personal and professional all at once.

Bright Eyed Brew is the epitome of southern charm meets magnificent hospitality. At this point I’m just upset it took day 3 of our vacation to find it, because we came back every day thereafter. If you are a fan of small, local, cozy coffee shops, then you have found the hidden gem if the Gulf Coast. The staff was so warm and welcoming, and the closeness if this little, barely 200+ sqft shop is perfect for that personal customer attention vibe. You can find a place to sit inside, but not before 10 am....it's one of those "popular girls" between opening and this times. Hahaha! There is also seating on the porch and a pergola area in the back.

Now the coffee....FANTASTIC!!! Locally roasted beans, nitrogen brewed, creamy finish coffee, fantastic macchiato, and some seasonal offerings, you are bound to find something you love, and maybe a new combo of flavors you didnt know you love until trying it in this tiny place that has captured the heat of this Gulf Coast downtown community.
