Was out with my daughter enjoying a lovely Saturday in downtown Ocean Springs. My daughter frequented this boutique several times when she was in high school buying the car air fresheners and clothing. Being home from college, she wanted to purchase more air fresheners for herself and as gifts for her friends. When we walked into the boutique I overheard the owner talking to a couple of ladies discussing how she opened the store after college and there was another lady working with her. No greeting from no one. No assistance. Nada... nothing. Might I add this store is very pricey. My daughter proceeded to get the air fresheners and purchased a tank top that was on sale. Even at the register checking out no greeting, neither lady even bothered to tell us what the total was (at this point the owner was done talking to the other customers). I kid you not, not even eye contact. My first instinct was just to leave. Nevertheless, my daughter made her purchases and we both agreed to never come back to Charisma. Y'all we went a couple blocks down to Bella Rose Boutique who is always having sales and experienced exceptional customer service. The young ladies there greeted us, held conversation, gave opinions on outfits, showed us the dressing room and best believe they received our business. Yes ma'am, yes sir! Bella Rose employees never fail in welcoming you and providing the best customer service (we visit them in the mall in Biloxi). That is where I (we) will do our shopping when we come to...

Visited this store twice, first time the employees were talking loudly with each other with no regard for the customers and didn’t even notice when we went to check out not even 10 feet from them. I decided to return my garment not even 72 hours later because I couldn’t get it to work with the outfit I was trying to put together and they will only give store credit. This would be fine if they announced it before initial checkout but the only notification was ON THE RECEIPT. So AFTER you have purchased it. Poor Customer Service

My daughter and l came upon this store while having lunch in downtown ocean springs. Beautiful store but the 2 young ladies working didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in the store. My daughter had a item in hand from the sale rack to try on, not even can l get you a dressing room? How are you? Are looking for something in particular? Nothing.... thankful a dressing room open.
