I went here twice and was not impressed. On the dates I went the store was not crowded it looked like a ghost town. It is a clearance center and I understand that, however it looks like a giant warehouse and you really have to dig through things to find what your looking for. The few staff members I saw were rude and not helpful at all. They couldn't or wouldn't not sure which tell you where anything is let alone direct you in some way. I have found alot of what they have I could buy at Macy's or JC Pennys for equal prices during their sales, which they are always having. The dressing rooms and the way they run them are terrible. I understand a limit on items you can bring in with you, but going back in line to wait to try on the rest is ridiculous! I wouldn't go back. For the amount of time you spend searching and dealing with dressing rooms isn't worth my time. I am sure for people who shop here on a regular basis it's great because they know where to...
Read moreI always love shopping at the Dillard's Clearance Center and never leave empty-handed! They have an incredible selection of designer items at drastically reduced prices. It's like a treasure hunt every time I visit.
One of the best parts is finding Free People items marked down to just $4.99-$14.99. They always seem to have a $4.99 sale going on, which is unbeatable!
The shoes and bathing suit departments are huge, offering a wide variety of styles and sizes. Whether you're looking for trendy heels, comfortable sneakers, or stylish swimwear, you'll find it here at a fraction of the original price.
The customer service is also top-notch. Glenda in the shoes department is an absolute gem. She was so sweet and helpful, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable.
If you're a bargain hunter or just love getting a great deal on high-quality items, Dillard's Clearance Center is the place to go. I highly recommend stopping by – you won’t be...
Read moreToday, I decided to go and check out this store. I was just browsing and looking at some cute robes when an employee, who was doing her job, approached the rack I was examining. She started rudely grabbing the robes in an angry manner, as if I was interfering with her work. I was just looking, and if I found one in my size, I would have bought it. However, because of this rude employee, I decided to leave without buying anything. I have social anxiety, and it is very hard for me to go shopping at the mall. When this rude employee acted the way she did, it confirmed for me that I need to buy everything online.
Let me tell you something: this mall is almost bankrupt, and you need customers to keep you afloat. But with employees like her, you might as well close the store down because she scared me away. Imagine how many other people she has scared away. It's okay; she saved me some money and gave me something to write about in...
