Bubble's Foam Farm Car Wash — Local services in Oconomowoc

Background: I am from out of town and decided to bring my car out (yellow mustang)and get her cleaned up, since my wife is a doctor at Rogers and I had nothing but time to burn while she worked this weekend. I am very apprehensive about taking my car to quick washes since I personally own a shop and detailing place in Kenosha. Bully Diesel and Automotive; however my car was treated with the Upmost respect from the moment I pulled, into the wash bay. The gentlemen made sure my car was lined up to make sure no bumper damage could occur to my car (points earned right there)! Shortly after I was greeted by another young lady asking e any extra services(which I declined), since I had nothing but time to burn remember... she wasn’t pushy at all and just smiled and let me know if I changed my mind she was right here to help me out(points earned yet again)!!! Next... the rain started to come down a little bit and yet another young gentlemen came out to the car and asked if he could help since the rain was coming down... he wasn’t looking for a tip or anything, but generally cared I wasn’t getting wet! I mean come on insane right!!! They took the level of Professionalism to a whole new level!!! It’s something I will be instilling into my guys that work for me! The little bit extra can take a company very far! I absolutely had to tip these employees based on the fact of just asking to help someone!!! I will be back up here every-time my wife works! I found a place i would just hang out and not feel pressured to buy something... keep up the hard work! On days like this where it rains, there can’t be a lot of tips to be made! Even the kid didn’t want the tip even after it was offered! Dude you can’t buy customer...

Update 6/2024: Things have improved, vehicle prep is inconsistently between great and occasionally ok not bad, all employee interactions have been positive and care is taken to guide vehicles in properly. Overall I recommend the service now, it seems the select few employees with poor performance haven’t been around these last few months during my visits, the staff encountered now has been great. Please keep up the high standards!! 👍🏼👍🏼

Original Review 4/2024: Disappointed with a select few kids operating the wash. There are many good employees here that take their job seriously and do good work (young and adult alike). When you get the select few who do not care, misguide you in, and/or barely put effort into prep it thoroughly degrades the service received as paid for. Spoke with management on a couple of occasions both through email and in-person (twice). The responses have varied from this for some is their first job, first real responsibility to these issues have been experienced in the past and they have been spoken too before, but it will be mentioned to them again. I’d like to believe this is correctable; however when these few go through the motions and appear to wish to be anywhere else but at work, the customers and customer vehicles suffer. I don’t see any will or want to do any better. I think it’s best that I cancel and advise others whom care about their vehicle to be careful. Over $800/yr...

I saw there was a new car wash in oconomowoc so I stopped to get my van washed. I bought the 11 dollar carwash. After the car wash I went to a restaurant in oconomowoc and when I walked up to my van I noticed that my license plate was missing??? I immediately called bubbles foam farm car wash and they were closed?? So I left a voice message to let them know that my license plate was missing?? They called me back on the next business day to tell me they have my license plate??? I am not happy that this happened... I guess this is not the first time this has happened??? I saw another customers picture of there bent license plate after they had there vehicle car washed??? If they know this happens then why dont they have license plate covers so this thing doesn't happen to there customers?????? This was my first and my last time I will get my van washed at bubbles foam farm car wash..... No one said anything to me about this when I drove up to the car wash ?? The women that I talked to Didnt say they were sorry this happened to my vehicle just said the brushes might have got caught on my license plate??? Well if they know this then they should try and at least tell there customers this. I sure hope that other customers doesnt experience this on there vehicle. Never again...
