Rachel really knows her stuff when it comes to smoothies. I was feeling overwhelmed by all the choices, but she asked me a few questions about what I liked and made some spot-on suggestions. I ended up trying a smoothie I wouldn't have picked on my own, and it was amazing! She also seemed to really enjoy her job and made the whole experience fun.
Beyond just the recommendations, Rachel was patient and friendly. The cafe was pretty busy, but she took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. She clearly cares about the customers and wants them to have a great experience.

I work in the industry so I completely understand needing to catch up before you take another order, but I wasn't even greeted or acknowledged. For a few minutes I thought maybe they were not taking any more orders and closing. There was no acknowledgment of my presence at all saying they would be right with me or anything. I'm disappointed at the customer service yet again. Thought I'd give this place another try but this was my same experience a year ago.
