This place is awesome! They have guns, big boy toys and jewelry. I actually used the jewelry repair. I can't say enough about the amazing work they did and totally easy to work with them. Great customer service. I read a few reviews on the jewelry repair(in house) service, and decided to try them out. I don't ever send my wedding rings out of house to be worked on. When I arrived I was met by the most wonderful cheery man. We looked over my rings that needed sizing. He was leary of being able to fix it easily because of the thin bands. When the jeweler came in and looked at them, it was as we feared to thin. Costly but it had to be done. I will say now that my old jeweler is in the doghouse. I went to pick them up and I knew the price was steep. I unwrapped the rings and was completely blown away! They were beautiful, and looked perfect. I was worried about where the gold went into the band it was totally styled back to it's original beauty and more. They were sized correctly and even don't twist up anymore with the larger band on them. I never met the jeweler but he does great work and the two other guys you actually meet and talk to are so nice and accommodating. The jewelry case is full of beautiful work which isn't surprising to me now. The guns area is really nice too, for anyone looking for that. Men are constantly coming in for repair on their RC type cars and such. Everyone gets good customer service. The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you need any of these services offered here I would say don't hesitate to pay them a visit. I am so glad I found them and I really believe in honest people who keep your repair in house. On 10/11/2024 i went into the store. Looked at an rc helicopter ( hero copter) I asked the manager there if the helicopter could be switched to real flight mode ( full control like a normal rc helicopter and back to easy mode) he said yes, it had 3 modes beginner, intermediate, and expert. When I got home I opened the box and read the manual ( that was on top, never removed anything else) and it said it had 3 speeds, not what was described to me. The next day when they opened i went inside to return it, they told me I couldn't return it and could only get store credit. I didn't find anything I wanted after 15 minutes of looking around. The receipt at the bottom states that all sales final and no returns on used merchandise, returns accepted for in store credit. He didn't reveal that information to me before I bought it and there is no sign in store that says that. I finally settled for something in store because I wanted to be done with them. I found something that was $5 over the original price and they did cover that cost. The lady employee was nice about it and the manager couldn't and wouldn't do anything different except change it for something else and said he couldn't break store policy just for me even though he told me the heli was something it wasn't. Pretty good little store tons of parts and accessories filled to the brim whith everything you could need from planes to cars to boats staff help and service was unbeatable absolutely great only 2 down sides some of the prices are quite a bit marked up I get online stuff tends to be cheaper but saw some prices good chunk above retail price I was going to buy a nitro RC from this place but after seeing the price I was quickly overwhelmed I went online and found it’s retail price to be much lower I would love to support a local store but can’t support the prices 2nd reason there lacks much Nitro accessories they have the basics of glow plugs fuel line and air filters but only carry 1 type of fuel traxxas top fuel which as if your into nitro you know is a fuel you want to stay away from I just wish they at least carried better fuel such as VP or sidewinder I hope these things change in future. Besides this the store is great plenty of spare parts and accessories and some traxxas repair services for those who need it great store...
