Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Odessa

Just came to order food and the lady working 6/21/24 at 8:58 managers look at the schedule and time because it was only a few people there was so rude and ugly to us because we ordered food and forgot to order some more so we asked them to add 2 more hot dogs at the window and she came and said no you’ll have to go around and order again with a ugly attitude like fighting attitude like she’s miserable working there at her grown age she said “yall can go back around and order yall are holding up the line” and slammed the window and rolled her eyes like if she’s forced to be here working like it’s our fault she works there all grown acting like that like she lied at her interview about her customer service she needs to get a better job or fix her attitude because that’s not something people want to see or hear getting food there she needs to do better it’s already ghetto in there as it is now she’s just making it more ghetto...

The crew could be a little more friendly. I'm not saying they're rude at all, just indifferent. They do the job well enough and I have no complaints about the food so if you're looking for good hot dogs then check them out. I tried their chili cheese burger last time I went and was not impressed, the meat had NO FLAVOR and the only good taste was the chili and cheese. Literally, no flavor from the burger meat at all. So I'd say stick with the hot dogs, I personally love the chili cheese burger, and their current pastrami offerings are good as well. Oh, I ordered the "all beef" hot dog and I taste no difference between that and the original hot dog. You're mileage may vary on that one. My wife and I like their fries too. Weinerschnitzel is Wienerschnitzel and has been a great hot dog place all my life so if you've never tried it then go give it a shot. Thanks...

Arrived at 2:30 pm. Parking lot was relatively clean. Entered drive thru quickly. Cashier was not prompt nor very courteous. Ordered polish sandwich combo. No suggestive sell was offered. Arrived at window but wasn't greeted within two minutes. Once cashier opened the window I wasn't greeted with a hello, only told the total of the meal. Had to ask for ketchup. Cashier did say thank you. Left drive thru at 2:40. Fries are lukewarm but seasoned ok. The sandwich was good but I wished they could've toasted the rye bread. It tasted great though.
