This business is ridiculous. My fiance and I spent well over $1,000 there and the mod I bought was complete garbage. My brothers own their own vape company and were showing me everything wrong with my mod and why it wasn't working. I live in Salt Lake City but I grew up in Ogden. When I went shopping at the Ogden store it was more convenient because I was already up there. So I drove back to the Ogden store when my mod stopped working and asked if I could get a different mod of the same value or greater and I would pay the difference, I just wanted one that worked. The guy that was assisting me (if you'd even call it that) was VERY condescending and even told me "Nothing is wrong with your mod." and "I don't want you coming back to my store asking for a new mod every time something isn't working right and you don't know how to fix it." I asked "Why would I spend money on gas, drive all the way up here, be willing to pay even more for a different mod for no reason? It is broken..." his response was "You know there is a Salt Lake City store you could have gone to?" I'm a customer. Customers are the reason businesses stay running. Decent selection. One worker has a fantastic attitude. I used to go here for a good deal when you buy two vapes. Last visit, another worker said he "he doesn't know what I'm talking about." with a suspicious look on his face. He then said "people say all kinds of things to get a better price" (WOW)

I get it. Sometimes prices change. And perhaps the worker I normally deal with offers the deal although it isn't advertised. Idk. I wouldn't leave a bad review because a price changed, but the guy who helped me acted like I was making up a story about a discount basically to rip them off?!? Not exactly sure but he made it clear he didn't believe me and had a look on his face like it was an outlandish claim. Although other shops offer the same exact deal for the same product (2 for $50 on Geek Bars). I was offended at his attitude and assumption towards me "lying" to get a good deal. Maybe he should speak with the other worker before accusing customers of lying for that would answer his concerns.

In the meantime, I'll go to another store that has consistent pricing and doesn't change depending on which worker is there. And especially doesn't treat customers like criminals for asking if a product is...

These guys don't know what they are talking about. I went looking for an RDA, they asked what MOD I had, I have a Cool Fire 4, they said that I "might" be able to use a mini RDA. I told them I wanted a larger RDA so I didn't have to re-drip every 3 or 4 hits, and they said no matter what I would have to re-drip after 3 or 4 hits. They also said you need at minimum a 70 watt MOD to run an RDA. I've been researching equipment online, and I've read about, and seen videos of people with my MOD using RDAs. So I just purchased an RDA and rebuild material online. I would rather buy local, but they don't seem to know what they are talking about. The RDA I bought cost $10, the teeny tiny one they showed me cost $50. My LARGE RDA runs like a champ on my 40 WATT COOL FIRE 4, AND I CAN GO ALMOST 15 HITS WITHOUT RE-DRIPING.
