The young lady at the counter was not friendly at all. She had a pretty nasty attitude. Not shy but more so she didn’t want to be bothered or be there. I’ve been coming here for a few years and just moved back from salt lake. This was my first stop for the day and really sets the tone. She was rude when I asked about a menu and I could barely hear her. I had forgotten they were in the wall behind and not at the register. I haven’t been here in a long time and now I don’t know if I want to come back. I also left a tip but regret that now. I’d rather have given it to her coworker who had great customer service. I noticed him nudging her to give the customer her order and queuing her to tell people to have a good day. She just stood at the register and pulled out her phone. I didn’t even know she would be my cashier when I walked in because she didn’t greet me or the person I was with. I know she knows how to speak up cause I could hear her when she was talking to her coworkers. I work at a coffee shop as well and this isn’t how we treat customers. Coffee is typically people’s first stop of the day. I did not feel welcome. The atmosphere was very cold. I’m extremely disappointed this has never happened here before. Food, drinks, and service has always been...

I was told that it was not possible to add an extra shot to a double espresso to make it a triple and that I would be charged for a double and a single. However, I was told that I could add as many shots as I wanted to a latte. When I asked what the difference was between pulling shots for a latte and espresso, I was told there is none, it's just how they charge. This is all it spite of the online ordering system allowing extra shots to be added to espresso. When I asked if I could order online instead, I was told that I'd be asked to pay the difference. When I asked why the online ordering system wasn't up to date, I was told it's because "updating the online system is too hard". On my way out I was told the reason you can add a shot to lattes but not espresso is because by adding a shot to the latte, you use less milk. I asked how many shots are in a large latte and was told four. This means that I could have spent less on a latte with no milk and gotten a fourth shot for the same cost as my triple espresso. When I asked why this was, I was told maybe they needed to raise their latte prices.

It's a shame because I used to really like...

I understand being busy or having new employees working but mistakes should never be at the customers expense. Went here with family members who have had great experiences, they said. However, the experience this visit left much to be desired.

We arrived at 9:52 am we did not receive any of our order until 10:49am. Then the part we received was incorrect. MISTAKE AFTER MISTAKE with our order. Then the coffee came out after the Food. Then the item that should have taken the least amount of time to prepare (the muffin) was forgotten and then after several trips to the counter to inquire about the order the server realized she forgot to add the muffin. Even with all of the confusion with our order, they made sure to charge for the MUFFIN. Then she brings the muffin out COLD. This was ordered toasted. Many mistakes and not Even a complementary muffin?! We waited an hour for a meal that could have been prepared in 20...

Coffee Links has a new location in South Ogden by the Neighborhood Walmart on highway 89. It's in the building that used to be Ghiradeli’s. It’s a huge space with lots of booths. My friend and I went for breakfast at about 9:30am and it’s 2pm and I’m still full. We both got a breakfast sandwich and they're HUGE! Mine was turkey, hers, bacon. The croissant was so flaky and it had a fried egg and fresh avocado. It was still warm and there are sauces to dip it in. That’s new to me! I tried the mango habanero sauce and she got cilantro. The flavors were so good I didn’t want to introduce any other flavors by using the dip, but they were tasty! The mango one has a small kick to it with sweetness. Her hot chocolate had a fancy design you usually only see on coffee. This is one of those perfect places to meet someone for coffee or lunch. Even for business. They have so much space. I like sitting in a booth.

I love it here. If you are looking for a comfortable, quirky atmosphere that feels like it could be the hangout for a TV show's main friend group, that also has excellent quality coffee AND food, this is your spot. It feels like the "Friends" cast could be at the next table, or like someone is writing the next big novel on their laptop nearby. Beyond atmosphere, I love the great service I always get here. It feels like the employees are treated well because they seem to really like what they do and that makes me happy to support this shop. Just tell them what you like and if they aren't busy they might whip you up something custom. The coffee quality is great. The beans are not bitter or overcooked, the espresso is smooth as can be. The food!! There's Latin influence all over the shop, and especially on the menu. Love that coffee shop / Mexican food fusion, didn't know I needed that in my life.

Mixture of good and bad. First, the good. Location by the raging river and a park was convenient for us on this day. Lattes were in real cups and they were good with the fancy foam decoration. (In other reviews, everyone raves about the coffee.) The desserts were a bit disappointing in looks. Maybe out of the plastic and on a plate they would have looked like the online photos. However, the blueberry muffin must have been a Costco purchase as it was good but ordinary. Now, the bad. Which probably, hopefully, was just the situation on this day. One employee, possibly the owner/manager?, was carrying on a very loud conversation with two others. When we buy our coffee and drink it inside the restaurant, we want to have a peaceful, serene atmosphere. This is probably the first time we've ever been included in a management/employee issue that should have been resolved in a back room.
