2nd Review This is the third time I’ve visited the 12th Street Store. I was assisted by a nice young gentleman his name was Anthony or Antonius. The meaning of both names are the same, it originated in Rome, and its meaning is, “priceless” & “Worthy of Praise”. This young Man was very professional, he greeted both my Wife & I as we entered the store. Being the only Customers, Anthony asked us what he could do to make our day better. After showing the cracks & nicks on my iPhone 16 Pro Max and my Wife’s iPad Pro, he insured me that both are under warranty with a minor co-pay, so I gave him my iPhone and my wife’s iPad. Thinking it would take a while to repair, I was going to go sit In my car and wait, but before I knew it, he was done, completed, finished. We walked over to the cash register and when he told me the total cost, I was expecting a number close to $100, he said $**.83 and I about s@&t My pants. I was in and out of there, faster than a Chick-Fil-A drive up window!

Five Stars again, and Anthony was very professional and courteous, he did an amazing job. So Anthony is very much, Worthy of Praise. As I said it here on Google first. Maybe second.

1st Review Love the new store on 12th Street. I’ve been there twice now, the first time was to get my iPhone a new screen protector. But the second time I needed an iPad Pro case and a screen protector. This time I met Devin, the King of ZAGG on 12th. (I said that not Devin) He went over all the different cases that my 11inch iPad Pro would fit in. Me being cheep, I chose the least expensive case, after putting on the screen protector and trying to put the case on, Devin suggested a case with a keyboard, saying it would give it more protection and the ability to use the iPad as a laptop with a touch screen. Devin told me the price of the basic case compared to the one with a keyboard and the difference in protection each would give. With that information I went with the one that had the keyboard, the price wasn’t that much more than the basic case.

I’ve Had to use the Logan ZAGG in the past, but no more, I will be going to see the King of ZAGG on 12th, from here on out.

There are moments in life that restore your faith in humanity. For me, that moment was meeting David at the Zagg store.

My phone had fallen face-down on concrete, then been run over (twice) in the parking lot. The screen looked like a spiderweb glued together with despair. I carried it in like a wounded soldier, fully prepared to say goodbye. But David took one look, nodded solemnly, and said, “I’ve seen worse. Let’s bring it back.”

What followed can only be described as a surgical miracle. With precision and focus I’ve only ever seen in operating rooms on TV dramas, David worked quietly, carefully, and with absolute command of his tools. It wasn’t just a repair—it was resurrection. When he finally handed the phone back to me, flawless and shining, I swear I heard a choir somewhere in the distance.

David isn’t just an employee. He’s a healer of glass and protector of digital lives. If Zagg ever decides to build a statue outside their store, it should be of him—screen protector in one hand, case in the other, saving phones one...

I received a text saying: “ZAGG Ogden is having Customer Appreciation Days TODAY & tomorrow only ! Come in for a FREE warranty install ($10 value) Good ONLY @ Zagg Ogden 200 E 12th Street” I show up shortly after receiving the text, and ask about a replacement (warranty)screen protector for my Apple Watch series 6. I was told they don’t have any in stock. I then asked the guy if they will have them tomorrow? and his answer was no. So the 2 days they offer a free replacement they conveniently Have none. I asked if the free replacement would be honored when they have them in stock. And his answer was no. So I drove 40 minutes round trip for nothing. Just to be brushed off and out of the store like I didn’t previously spend hundreds protecting my phones and Apple watches there. I will not be returning to any Zagg for products. The guy was less than helpful and very rude. He had no other solution for making the situation right. I felt as if it was just a bait text to get customers in the store and not offer the deal they...
