WARNING wasted 30 bucks ⛔️ ignore their 4.7 star review it’s simply not true. I just ate at this new Korean fast food joint. We did the drive through. This was the most terrible experience I’ve had in a long time. We ordered Rock Bop level 10 (hot) and Piggy Boo level 2 (mild), and a 5 piece Mandoo (potstickers) with medium coke. They threw in their “turtle chips” flavored sweet corn. We parked in the lot to eat. They screwed up the order first by only having placed a Mandoo (3pc) not the 5(pc) we ordered. They mixed up the hot spices and switched them backwards. they provided no napkins. The free turtle chips were absolutely horrible really not even remotely like an actual chip. I felt like I was eating clear worms, you had to dig to the bottom for the rice and it was all mixed and stuck together in gooey clumps. The food looked nothing like the menu pictures. Both main course meals were terrible and tasted disgusting. The quality of the fried meat was very very bad. It was actually hard to tell which was pork and which was the chicken. Highly not recommended. The faster this place shuts down the better. Eat here at your own risk. You have been warned. Ended up leaving our in the parking g lot and noticed not even the hungry crows would touch it.

I love Cupbop, the food is uniquely delicious, and satisfying. I have enjoyed it for years in Draper. The Korean pork is amazing! The beef too! The glass noodles (clear) are super cool. The low-down: This ogden location is trying extremely hard to make a hit. I hope they do! Don’t be startled by their exuberance. If they scream at you when you walk in, they are trying to welcome you. It’s a Asian thing. You might come to like it or maybe not? Either way it’s over quickly. To me it felt like a contest between employees as to whom could be the most boisterous. Maybe I was grumpy but it was annoying. Being welcomed is great! Just be genuine. Recap, Love the rice and noodle bowls! Love the pot stickers. For the company, The ad campaign is terrible! The billboard photos hideous. You have great food. Maybe leverage that Instead of being demanding. I personally was put-off by the "Get your but into cupbop" slogan. I'm not a lemming! Forget you! You could learn much from the laid back Feal of mobettahs...

This location can be so hit or miss. Sometimes it's great with good service and well made food but other times it's long waits only to be served overcooked food. Today's experience was definitely my worst at any CupBop. We showed up about 40 minutes before closing and they already had drive thru closed but that's whatever since we can go in and get takeout. They were in the middle of pre-closing which my restaurant experience tells me they were doing too much too early and they were not happy to see us even though our timing was not unreasonable. We ordered ours sloppy because it's the only way to get a good sauce ratio at this location and what they served me could only be described as malicious compliance- it was basically soup! I will attach an image of how far I got into eating it before the caloric nightmare made me nauseous. If it hadn't been too late by the time I got home I would have gone back and had them remake it. I'm very disappointed with this experience. Do better

Update: Decided to give it a second chance, and once again disappointed and irritated. I went through the drive thru this time. The girl asked me to pull up to the handicap parking space for my food. Waited there for over 20 minutes, watching cars go through the drive thru and people going in and out of the restaurant. I went inside and told them I was waiting for my order still. The cook said he doesn't remember my order. I was told the fryer was off. Clearly I wasn't a priority and was forgotten about again lol I asked for a refund because I don't have time to wait any longer. Got my refund and was asked if there was anything to make up for this, I said no. At this point I would rather either make it myself or go to some Asain market. I will definitely not go back. Would not recommend at all. I used to work at multiple restaurants for about 7 years and was a manager. I know how things work out. Seems like they need better training and a better system on preparing and taken out orders to customers and making sure everyone is happy. I wouldn't be surprised that a lot more customers have dealt with this as well.

First time trying this restaurant. I got my order taken at 12:23p.m.. I had a KDawg w/ 5pcs mandoo meal. The lady who took my order seemed nice. A few minutes go by. They gave me my mandoos, they didn't tell me how long my KDawg was going to take. A few more minutes goes by, and an older lady asked if I have ordered yet and I told her I did and I'm just waiting on my KDawg. I finally received my KDawg at around 12:35p.m., the lady who handed it to me apologized for the wait. When I left and got into my car I checked on the food. The mandoos were cold and the KDawg was alright. The drive thru seems to be a more priority to them since they cleared out a lot of orders while I was waiting order. I will most likely NOT return to...

The food was an absolute delight from the moment you approached the line. The enticing aroma wafting from the kitchen had your mouth watering before you even took your first bite. Each dish burst with flavor, teasing your taste buds and leaving you craving more with every savory or sweet morsel. From the perfectly seasoned entrees to the decadent desserts, every bite was a culinary masterpiece that left a lasting impression. It was truly a feast for the senses, making it impossible not to savor every moment of the dining experience.

The service was nothing short of exceptional, setting a new standard for efficiency and attentiveness. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the staff managed to cater to every need with grace and professionalism. They greeted you with warm smiles and ensured that you were promptly seated and attended to throughout the meal. From taking orders to refilling drinks and clearing plates, their impeccable service added to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. It was evident that they took pride in their work, going above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and valued.

As for the atmosphere, it was simply magical. The vibrant energy and friendly ambiance created a welcoming environment that immediately put you at ease. Whether you were dining solo or with friends, the atmosphere encouraged lively conversation and laughter, fostering connections and creating memorable moments. The cozy decor and inviting lighting added to the charm, making it a place you never wanted to leave. It was more than just a meal; it was an experience that left you feeling nourished not only in body but...

Sat, January 18th 5:30pm, Everytime our family comes here after 4pm there's always some issues with undercooked food, overcooked food, or missing food. The Kdwag cheese, the cheese is not melted at all just a entire whole chunk of cheese in there not melted at all, wrapped in undercooked batter & overcooked corn flakes. Rock chicken so rock hard you can't even bite into it overcooked, not to mention it was half way filled up. After 4pm seems like it's always teenagers running it into the ground. Everyone seems lost, don't know how to do their job, or dnt care to do their jobs. Even with undercooked food they still manage to have you in there forever, super Slow (we're patient). This trip a customer asked for water & a worker was asked to take the water out to him & she literally was throwing a fit about taking it out to his table saying why do I have to take it to him, why cant he come get it himself, why does he need water with his food, blah blah blah, it was wild, unprofessional, embarrassing. It's always looking unclean or dirty in the lobby as well. Foods to expensive today to not be getting exactly what you asked for cooked correctly the way it's supposed to be. We have a few other past bad experiences, but we keep trying anyways because the kids like it. It's better if you go during hours before 3pm the day seems to be more adults around that know what...
