Hyperthreads — Local services in Ogden

I race with a small team called Fulton Racing local to Fresno, California. We ordered new kits from Hyperthreads about 7 months ago. A month later we received the order and immediately were in love with the kits. The fit is perfect, there's no thin elastic bands that squeeze your arms and legs they are very lightweight and they breathe wonderfully. The length of sleeves and shorts is perfect in my opinion. Definitely the highest quality, best fitting kits i've ever had. I mostly wore jakroo and pearl izumi otherwise. I got 2 kits and they've been on the bike with me for about 4,000 sweaty miles already and they're holding up beautifully. 5 stars on the kits, no question. When we first got the order a couple sizes were wrong and we had 2 medium sized cyclists suffering in small jerseys. It took a bit longer to get the new, corrected sizes, about 5 weeks, but when they came in Hyperthreads also sent a bunch of extra swag along to make up for their mistake. By swag I mean extra black Hyperthreads kits, gloves, etc. So for service, I gotta say 5 stars as well. On top of it all the prices are way better than most of the top brands. You won't be disappointed with the kits and these guys will take good...

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased bibs from them in May, and in late July- early August I noticed that the back had started to go see through in one spot. I emailed them with pictures and a customer service representative (shoutout to Olivia Farmer, she was fantastic) was able to connect with me very quickly. It was explained that this can sometimes happen when your detergent is too harsh, which I had no idea could happen! They replaced them free of charge, and were incredibly quick to respond to emails. I am so incredibly impressed. Not to mention that their shorts are the best I have ever owned! The chamois is so incredibly comfortable even up to the 7-8 hour mark on my long rides and the material is such high quality. Hyperthreads are not only my favorite cycling clothes because of how they look and feel but my favorite running shirts are also by hyperthreads. I’ve never been disappointed with any of my hyperthreads gear.

One of the things I like the most is the functionality of the clothing. You can tell the people designing the clothing are also using it. The venturebib is probably my all time favorite cycling bib because if the pocket options not only on the short but also the back of the bib. I do wish they had more shorts rather than bibs with the pockets.

Lastly, you won’t find cooler looking threads. The designs look and materials feel amazing. Staff have always been very helpful whether I’m shopping in store or online. It’s so cool this store has its roots...
