AT&T Store — Local services in Ogden

My experience with AT&T has been terrible and it started at this store. I was told that they could help me qualify for a deal in store if I switched to ATT. I let them activate me in the store and when I followed up on the deal for switching I was told that I didn't qualify because I didn't do it online. I have now spent hours on the phone with ATT and the manager of this store and they will not do a thing for me. I was also told in store that I would receive 25% off through my work. When I got my first bill however it was way higher than I would have ever imagined and I found out that I had to sign up for the highest plan to get that discount. This would have been great to know in the store!

On top of all this, the person who helped us get set up acted like he did not want to be helping and even belched while he was helping me.

Switching away from ATT as fast as possible is my only solution!...

Be VERY cautious with this ATT contractor. I went in to get a new phone and the next month found out they added 2 new lines to my account and added insurance to all my phones. It tripled my phone bill. It all started with the associate telling me there was a .99 smart watch offer. The associate ordered the wrong size. I called ATT to see if I could get the bigger sized instead. The ATT rep said I could I just needed to return the watch to the store. The store would not return the watch at all. I was stuck the ATT rep told me I needed to return the watch to the store since that is where I ordered the watch. Yet the store was very rude and would not let me return the un opened watch to them even after the ATT rep on the phone talked to them. I have spent many hours trying to fix what this store has caused but would not fix. I would highly recommend...

Went in with my husband just to look at plans and prices at the Ogden/Wall Ave store near winco and the guy that was working set up a phone plan without asking permission and we got charged almost $200 today!! And we don't have or use AT&T!! We decided to not go through with the plan after he told us prices and stuff and the guy working ignored us clearly and set it up anyway and took our private info!!!, I guess to get a commission or something. All they care about is money and it's so upsetting, my husband had to be on hold for over an hour to try to get it fixed as they could see we didn't even have the phone number they claimed we did and no data had ever been used. Be very careful they will trick you! I will never use AT&T or recommend it!!! It's totally not okay, and stealing and using our info without asking is...
