⭐️ Shoppers BEWARE ⭐️

Yesterday I purchased what I believed was a genuine black leather purse from this shop (along with other items). The purse was tagged and sold as leather for $300+. When I got home, I discovered it’s actually vegan leather.

Even worse, after wearing it briefly, I developed an allergic reaction around my neck. My skin is very sensitive to synthetic materials. I called the store the following day and they admitted the bag was vegan leather—but refused to offer a refund or any solution, citing a “final sale on accessories” policy.

This is misleading marketing and false advertising. Charging leather prices for non-leather goods, then hiding behind a final-sale policy, is unacceptable.

I would not trust their labeling or...

Wow...this place understands customer service.

My wife and I were greeted immediately upon entering. She cruised the front of the store while I headed to the "Men's Den"...no kidding that's what it called.

An associate, Joesfine, gracefully helped me as I was deciding on a men's accessory item.

She was on point, helped me uninterrupted, was sooo pleasant, and then processed a sale for an item my wife wanted.

I'd say it's a boutique store but damn...Joesfine made it feel like she was our personal shopping assistant.
