If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I walk into the store with three of my friends to look at items to purchase. I've been saving up for some time now and was going to make over a $1,000 purchase on some furniture as soon as I got the okay from my parents. However, I will NOT be purchasing anything from here in a long time. We were constantly being watched by the worker. Every time I looked at her she was staring right back at me. I work in retail and get that you have to keep an eye out for suspicious people or curious customers in order to offer the best service, but this was wayyyyyy out of hand. I was then describing what my plans were for my room when the worker approached us and rudely asked if we needed help. I told her no and she just gave us a dirty look. I asked her if she needed us to leave (thinking it was closing time or she just didn't want to have to walk around and deal with us if we have questions.) I was slightly surprised when she said yes and explained to us, rather rudely, that it was just because we were teenagers. I get that there are a few bad apples but please understand that not all of us are bad. We then respectfully left all amazed that we had just been kicked out of a store for trying to figure out what we were going to buy from it just because of our age. To say I was angry is an understatement. I was beyond pissed! I was walking when I knew I had to do something about it so I called the store from the commons area outside of Von Maur (I didn't want to go back and speak to a manager in person because I was afraid I'd start yelling.) I called the store and was told they'd direct me to a manager which didn't happen the first time. Finally another manager picked up and I explained what had happened and she said sorry but didn't seem to mean it whatsoever. I was told they'd talk to her manager and also have a talk with her but I have no idea if it actually happened or not. I had told her that I was going to buy over $1,000 in furniture and she, of course, told me that they could call me tomorrow and set me up a time to come in and purchase it with the manager present. I declined her offer and informed her that It wouldn't be necessary because I'm not shopping there for a while. This isn't even the first time I've been watched the entire time in that store for no reason other than being a teenager. The only good thing is me and my friends get to bond over our hatred for this store along with a hilarious inside joke about how awful this store is. My mother loved this store and bought most of her clothes there but not after I told her what happened. So I recommend not going here. Von Maur is a little expensive but the service is great and I've never had anyone watch me the entire time while in...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of shopping at Dillard's with my daughter, and I must say that our experience was made truly exceptional by a remarkable young saleswoman named Aunisty. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and attentiveness were truly commendable.
From the moment we walked into the store, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine interest in helping us find what we were looking for. She took the time to understand my daughter's style preferences and offered valuable suggestions that aligned perfectly with her taste.
What impressed me the most was her patience and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my daughter found exactly what she was looking for. She was attentive to every detail and made sure that my daughter felt comfortable and confident in her choices.
Not only was Aunisty knowledgeable about the products and the latest fashion trends, but she also had a keen eye for pairing different pieces together to create stylish and cohesive outfits. Her expertise and creativity truly made the shopping experience enjoyable and memorable.

Read moreI usually love Dillard’s, I even have a Credit card I opened many years ego. I usually have a great experience. I’m so sad and disappointed about today’s trip the store. I was not aware the store closes at 7pm due to the current pandemic, so it was announced around that time while I was in the dressing room. I tried to finish the clothes quickly and came out to find the clerks running out the mall entrance. I asked someone about checking me out, one of the ladies yells at me saying we can’t check you out and to leave the store because they are close. I asked what do I need to do with the items? -she said to leave it anywhere but to LEAVE. All the doors were practically closed, another gentlemen asked me where my car was? I informed him the ladies garage entrance. He was nice to take me there and try to help me get out. Sadly the door wouldn’t opened, I was stuck in there for maybe 5 minutes more. The gentlemen (he was not a cashier) was very nice, I was glad he helped me. The other cashiers didn’t care and run out as fast as they could. I understand , I should have look at the hours but never in my life have I ever had a cashier not wanting my business. They obviously didn't check the store to make sure any customers were still around. They just wanted to leave and didn’t care for the customers. I’m so disappointed, I have not gotten out much but was trying to find my birthday outfit. What a horrible experience, I wasted my time and couldn’t even return some items I had plan on taking back. Now I just want to shop somewhere else and not deal with Dillard’s anymore. I would love to talk to a manager, but that will have to wait until tomorrow since...
